Terrible customer service. I asked for deluxe for myself and daughter. They did not complete deluxe service for daughter, and then asked to paint her nails. She wanted red and silver. Ended up charging me 45.00 for her without doing everything implied. When I called for them to make it right she was defensive and said they charge extra for using 2 colors. Well, what about not completing all included in 40.00 pedicure. Needless to say they had no desire to make right. Will never go back.I will never let anything slide, when I pay for something I want all services done. Not ever going back.
I had been going here for about a year. I started noticing the guy I was going to being less and less friendly, even abrupt with me at time. For example, on one occasion I didn't move my hand fast enough for him to the UV light and he literally swatted at my hand. Then, on another occasion I had an itch on my chin, with my free hand I went to scratch it, not only did he swat at me again, he said "Don't touch your face, polish won't stick if you get oils". Horrible way to treat a repeat customer. Honestly, that last time of him swatting at my hand took the cake. It's not like this place is super busy, I am not sure why he was always in a hurry!

I have been going here for at least 15 years! I have strayed a few times but I always come back. I love the conversation and being recognized. The last place I tried because others recommended it. It was so quiet I asked my friend “does anyone talk”? She said no ????I went one more time… nothing again like it was my first time. I’m staying at TOP FOR NAILS! We talk we laugh and they greet me with HELLO when I walk in!! And my nails ???? are so pretty
I had my gel nail fill done by Johnny who does a beautiful job every time. Anna and her husband who are the owners are super great and friendly, I always feel welcome when I have nails done at the shop. Great customer service each and every visit. Thank you to them all. I highly recommend Top 4 Nails to everyone!!!!
I was disappointed with how I was left waiting for over 40 minutes and was told a couple of times it would be a little bit longer. I had an appointment @1:30 and no one took me back for my service until 2:15. Then once I was back there I sat in Luke warm water while waiting another 25-30 minutes while the employee who was about to start my pedicure said he needed to go eat lunch and would return in 5 minutes. He didn’t return to the work area until he saw his next scheduled appointment had walked in. Then the lady who scheduled my appointment finished her appointment and came to do my pedicure and said they were too busy which is not my problem. I booked an appointment. My husband and son were waiting for me in the car for over an hour and a half for something that shouldn’t have taken more then 45 minutes to an hour tops. I was happy with the services but not the way I was treated. I’m new to the area this was my first visit and I probably won’t be going back.
I've been using Top 4 Nails for 13 years and they do a great job. I have acrylic nails so I'm there every 2 weeks and have never left disappointed. I highly recommend them!
