Toney is a perfectionist who takes a great deal of pride in ensuring you get the exact cut/ style that you want…and he remembers it, if you’re going for consistency.

He treats the customer as a friend, is patient with kids, and has the most comfortable setup in town. Highly recommended, after getting a haircut here; I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

I spent a year looking for a good barber I can trust with my beard, finally found toney and he was always my go to. One man show and he knows what he's doing! I never left disappointed and always had a great conversation in a great atmosphere. Toney is a great barber, and person. Could not recommend him enough.

The only place I have taken my son and he didnt have a fit. He hates haircuts bc of the loose hairs getting in his clothes but he never complains at Toney's. Toney does a great job too. He takes his time with each client no matter how many clients are waiting. The only barber Ill take my son to from now on.

I started going to Toney’s for my son, it was last minute and all other salons were too busy, due to the fact that it was the weekend before school started so I didn't mind the wait. I watched people coming in, and they too didn't mind lingering until it was their turn. Finally, it was my son's turn; and much to my surprise, he did a great job and that's when I realized that all of the people waiting patiently with me; knew, it was all worth the wait. So if you looking for your forever Barber, and have the patience to wait for that perfect haircut Toney the man.

Toney has been cutting my son's hair for quite some time. He is thorough, keeps him calm and always does a great job! Recently I decided to go in for a short haircut and I gotta say; I love it! He is a perfectionist, and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the results before that apron comes off and u get out of that chair. You mite have to wait; but he is worth it.

Brought my son here today and he does not like getting his hair cut at all. The barber was a nice guy who joked with him a little to put him at ease and I can say it’s the best haircut and haircut experience he has had in the last 5+ years. I will definitely come here as long as I live in Jacksonville and highly recommend you do too!
