0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. my sister & i went here yesterday wasn’t asked what length i wanted, told me “oh honey you wouldn’t look good with long nails. cut me to the point where my fingers already infected. & the application is just terrible. paid $75 for something my toddler could’ve done 10 times better!!

I went in expecting to have a long wait. I was actually in the chair and out the door within an hour. Nails look really good. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Because of what I work with they suggested the gel, as it can handle more heavy work loads.

Terrible terrible terrible service !! They have terrible customer service they were very rude any disrespectful they refused to do an device I asked for and gave me whatever they wanted to and then I wanted it fixed they wanted me to pay and additional $20-30 ! And then told me “ it’s your problem “. Do not go here !! Not worth the service and then they left paint all over my hands and I left with cuts and bruises never been so upset

Terrible service from the older man. He was jerking my feet not communicating with me. Rushed taking off the old polish. He left residual polish. I haven’t had a pedicure since November. I knew my cuticles needed cleaning and clipping. He spent less than 30 seconds clipping my cuticles on my right foot. When I mentioned he left polish and was doing a rush job, he began yelling at me because I was not satisfied with the trash he was giving but expecting payment. I was sure to tell him I will leave and to speak to me and treat me with respect. He was overall nasty, rude, and disrespectful. I was and always saddened to see African Americans patronizing these racist disrespectful Asian nail shops set up to take our money and attempt to treat us less than. I WILL NOT TOLERATE ANYTHING LESS THAN THEY GIVE OUR WHITE COUNTERPARTS. MY MONEY IS GREEN, too.

See picture of right foot. The first three toes still have residual polish left on them. My discomfort and concerns about my right foot stopped the service. I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS.

Very friendly staff. They make small talk with you while providing your service. I only get a pedicure when I'm here and they all do a awesome job have a variety of colors, and decent prices.

Horrible customer service. I walked in and asked if they had color acrylic pwd. Lady said yes. After i got my pedi... I sat in the 2nd chair and the lady tried to convince me to get gel polish, I asked did they not have the what I asked for & the lady in the 1st chair began tell her where to find it. She NEVER did. I told them to use the polish but I was disappointed. The lady was very rough w/my fingers. She was kinda pushing each 1 away with too much force. Then she kicked me and never said excuse me! Last time going. My nails/ toes are cute though.

Lisa was the one did my nails. She wasn’t nice and I didn’t like that when I was finished she asked if I was paying with cash or card and I said card then take your card out and she never told me how much she just my card and swipe it and brought me my card and receipt to sign. I think that was unprofessional because she never told me the price until I saw my receipt and it was $46.13 for full set gel. This was my first and last time going to this place.

Today
