This was my second time at this nail salon. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and everyone was nice but my nails were rushed and she even applied acrylic over my cuticles. There’s so many things that went wrong. (The first is the reference the other two r what I got) My nails were so bad I had to get them completely taken off and have a new set done at another place where they laughed and said it looked like a child did my nails.
I got my nails done on the evening of 2/25… by 2/28 I had already lost a nail. The day of I expressed that I was not happy with the shape or quality of my manicure. The response and customer service was really underwhelming. I went to have the broken nail repaired on 3/1 and today, after being repaired, that nail, along with others have broken- only a week after the initial service, the pictures can show you exactly what my nails look like. The entire experience was extremely subpar and not worth $110 AT ALL. Seems as thought getting paid matters more than customer satisfaction at nail salons these days… I have no problem paying for quality work but that surely is not the case at TLC. Very disappointed with execution and customer service. WILL NOT RETURN!!!
This is my third time there. Location is clean and very welcoming. They are priced reasonably and most importantly do a fab job. Leanna was amazing! I am hooked!

Beautiful job not a lot of time. Did asked for a manicure because I how dry and rough my hands were from Work. She did not understand me so I did not get a manicure. That’s the only complaint I have wish I would’ve gotten that manicure because my hands hurt from work.
