Got a gel manicure. My nails were sharp and catching on everything I touched. One chipped off so I went back the next day. I asked for a different operator but they said I had to use the same girl. So I let her try to fix it. Now a
day later, they're falling off again. Not happy at all.
They called me back and the owner redid my nails. They turned out very nice. He evened them out and they even feel right now. Your stars are growing.
This place was a life saver today! I came across it driving around after dropping my daughter off at dance, I had my nails done today at a different salon and was unhappy with the shape. I walked in and Lee was able to fix them. Love the shape, and I will be coming back when it’s refill time. Im making them my new nail salon. Such a great find. Thank you TL nails!!!
It was my first time trying this place. I scheduled an appointment. Went there on time. Waited for 30 mins. Noone showed up. So I left. Also, it smelled unbearably bad inside.
I think the picture says it all… I got a regular mani/pedi and it’s super sloppy and felt rushed. The technician didn’t cover the entire nail with the second coat of polish so all of my nails have super noticeable layers. Same with my toes. Spent $50 and my nails look worse than before I got them done.
Got three polishes for me and my two young daughters. It was supposed to be 61$ and was charged 69$. When called to inquire, I also mentioned 6 out of 10 of their nails were already off- three hours later. The lady said that’s what happens when you don’t get gel (my daughters are only 4 and 6). When I said I wouldn’t be coming back and not to worry about the 8$ they up charged me, she said not to worry about ever coming back, they don’t need my business. Horrible products being used- at home nail polish stays on better.
Went an hour before they closed they were in a rush got a 1 minute massage. Very disappointing
My daughter & I had an appointment for each of us at 2 on Monday May 17th. We got there there on time yet they didn’t start working on me until an hour after our appointment time, an hour and ten minutes after our appointment time they finally started my daughter. I’m not sure if they would have worked on my daughter had I not complained. This was unacceptable and highly frustrating! We missed our dinner reservation for 4:30, luckily the restaurant was accommodating to us. If you can’t keep an appointment time, don’t take the appointment! Unfortunately they did a poor job on my nails, probably because they were rushing. They’re uneven, thick and one has already chipped. We won’t be back.
Very disappointed my nails are all bumpy they weren’t even done right .
