First time coming here after looking around LA for a good manicurist, i absolutely loved it. I called in the same day for an appointment and was able to get one. Lucas did an amazing job at doing my nails. He frequently asked if i liked them and would fix them to my liking if I wanted it. The staff are very welcoming and seem to know what they are doing ☺️ I'd recommend this place for anyone looking to get pampered! I highly recommend an appointment tho as they do get busy!!
This is definitely my go to nail salon! They do get pretty busy so an appointment is recommended. Even with an appointment you may have a bit of a wait but it's worth it! I have never had a bad experience here and my nails always look amazing when they are finished! The peices for a pedicure are about average and for a mani, well it really depends on what you get but for the most part they are competitive with other salons. The colors the have are amazing and the techs are all well trained and great at what they do
I told myself I was never coming here after a bad experience years ago. However I gave it another chance since I heard they had really improved the place and have excellent nail technicians now.
I really loved the friendly service I received. My technician was very gentle and took her time in working on my nails. She assisted me with choosing a color closer to what I originally wanted since they didn't have the color at the moment.
I was very pleased and satisfied. The staff are nice and the person who works the front is so accommodating and super friendly.
I got my appointment by texting them.
When I got there they helped me right away.
I was just not very happy with my full set.
I think that because it was my first time there I was helped by someone who had little experience.
Maybe I'm just picky ..
Made appt for 4pm. Had to wait (I chose to stay) 1 hour before I was seated with artist. Changed 25 for 1/8" fill, 13 for gel polish and 3 dollars for a nail that had lifted . Your call.
I've been going here for a little bit more than 2 years since my wedding day, I am faithful to this nail salon because well to me is very important to not hurt my cuticles!! I've been to so so sooo many nail salons and they always manage to hurt my cuticles or use to much acrylic and then is all over my fingers!! But here all the technicians that have done my nails never in those 2 yrs + haven't hurt me and my nails look great alll the time and I've never broken a nail. I live in Pasadena but i don't mind doing the drive to Lincoln Heights and drive the 110 to them Lol!????????????????
I always come to get my pedi done by Helen and she is amazing! She’s so sweet, professional, and takes her time to make sure you are satisfied and she always does a great job. She’s the best!
Very few times that I have visited this nail place and it doesn't disappoint ???????? love the amount time spent to complete set of nails
