Let me start off on a positive note that everyone was extremely friendly.
I schedule a specific time for my appt. I didn’t even get started on my services until 20
Min after scheduled time. I had two services and both felt extremely rushed. Two of my nails had chipped corners by the end of the night. People were nice but I won’t be returning
My first visit to this nail salon was wonderful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for my second. The nail technician was distracted and turned away from my pedicure multiple times to watch the World Cup soccer game, my polish is uneven and does not cover my toenails. My manicure was even less appealing as he wanted to use a drill to get my nail polish off. I had regular polish on, so I asked him to use polish remover, he instead used a high grit emery board to scrape my polish off, still leaving reminisce of polish on my nails even after he was finished. As a retired nail technician I like to treat myself every now and then instead of doing them at home. I’m really disappointed, and will have to look for a different nail salon. I give two stars because they did accept me as a walk in and got me in right away, but that is my only positive take away.
Every time I go here, I never leave happy. First time I went, I didn’t get the length or shape I wanted. Second time, the artist kept hurting me. Third time, it was both problems. I always end up fixing my nails myself which I shouldn’t have to do. DONT GO HERE! I asked for thin coffin shaped and I got rectangles. My ring finger is crooked. And it’s a sloppy paint job.
I have enjoyed my visit every time. They are clean, professional, and very personable. I adore this local and family run business! I leave with perfectly painted toes after each visit.
1st pedicure so review is mainly on service which I thought was good. I had dragon toes going in and was a bit nervous as I thought it would hurt. Just the opposite, the worst part was the foot massage as I was ticklish as hell that day. Toes looked and felt great. Only slight negative is that they only take cash but there is an ATM on-site.
My lady is the best :) however I am told she left and when I call they never have time this was after i didn't leave a big tip.... Kinda hard to leave a tip when you make appt and go then somehow they didn't put your name down.
I had recently moved to Eugene and was so disappointed in the quality and atmosphere of the places I first got pedicures. Then we tried Tips and Toes. Such a relief to have found a place to get our pedicures. Very classy place, friendly techs, and awesome service! Heading back in today for another pedicure and am confident that once again my daughter and I will be happy with all the services provided!!
Charged $33. Even when I brought all my own polish, files, etc and requested no massage. The staff person was very rough and seemed in a hurry.
