I LOVE tips and toes. I’ve been going there a few times. The last set of acrylics I got which are photographed below, they began to chip less than 13 hours after I got them. I called the salon the next day. They offered me to come in and they would fix them. I did follow through and did get them fixed. I’m pleased with the professionalism when I presented the problem to them. Definitely will continue to go there.
They were very good with a walk in about an hour before close, very accommodating. Amazing job on stilleto extensions with acrylic. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price. I really recommend this place, especially if you're new at getting nails or less experienced. They helped me figure out the best type of polish (acrylic vs dip) for my activities and work.

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever went to I will never go to another nail salon again! Every time I’ve gone here I’ve never been disappointed and they will always do the wicked designs that I want and I’m always pleased! I went to happy nails the other day and they butchered my nails completely so I called up tips and toes they fit me in last night and they stayed an hour late just to fix my nails for me and I felt SO much happier after they fixed my nails! Amazing place and great service!
Honestly today I went to tips and toes my first time going was awesome and everything turned out right today I went again and first the lady said she couldn’t find the right acrylic number but my sister showed her the one she got but the lady got a different acrylic powder then she put primer and left me there sitting for 30-40 minutes after she told me to choose the butterflies I wanted and I told her white and the light pink one but there were other and were mixed she’s like I’m going to have to do random colors because powder dried quick I was like but could they match she is like yes but after they all came out horrible because they were all different also when she used the drill she got my skin ended up cutting many time but she didn’t notice also now my nails hurt so bad I think I’m going to be taking them off tommorow because these are making my nails numb I wouldn’t recommend going here! Also you can’t notice from a little far away but from close there not even filed right
It was a very fast and accurate full set application. I had my appointment set for 4:30 but they didn’t get to me until 5:10… The man was very nice and quick when he got to me. So accurate and beautiful, he made it look effortless! I didn’t catch his name but he got a good tip. The 94 nail color is GORGEOUS! It was surprisingly super busy for a Sunday!
First off my pedicure was good so I’ll start with that but otherwise Right away the nail lady got mad at me for saying I wanted them longer (the length ended up being fine). She proceeded to file my nails really rough. I asked for a simple “21” for a nail design since my birthday is Thursday. It turned out TERRIBLE but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t need her abusing my fingers again. They also charged me for the second color even though it’s on 1 finger (don’t know if this is a normal thing l) The rest of my nails look good but the “21” really ruined it. I will not return.
Favorite nail salon in EC ♡ Won’t go anywhere else! A gf recommended Henri and I was not disappointed. His work is *chefs kiss*.
It’s ok. Pricy, nobody talks to you, you need to specifically say what you need for a pedicure (ie. ask for ingrown removal, callus removal) and they charge extra for those as well it’s not included in the pedicure. Very strong chemical smell - to the point my eyes were burning.
