this place is absolutely horrible! Never coming back again. My friend and I beside you get our nails don’t and i didn’t even get what i wanted! It costed extra for a shape but doesn’t say anything about it in store or on the website. Then, they continue to be hurtful with my nails and my hands. I asked for a yellow color that you see on a sunflower and continued to give me neon yellow. By the time they dried mostly they was messed up and had fingerprints in them! I was trying to pay and she stayed on the phone ignoring us. Avoid this place with all cost.
Biggest waste of time! I had an appointment for 130. Sat there until 230 and still hadn’t been seen… they take forever and the music was grating on my nerves so bad. I just left after watching them break several health code violations while doing other women’s nails. I’ll pass on the nail fungus, thank you.
Made an appt yesterday and waited for 20 minutes in the patking lot. Total NO SHOW. I took off work and they had my number never even called me. THATS RUDE. Maybe if they have to pay me a days wages they would understand.
Paul did my nails the first time that I went there n he did Bengal strips for me . And today the 10th of February his wife did my nails n they are a pretty red with sparkles n a ♥ on my ring fingers .
This is absolutely the worst nail salon I've ever been to. She was on the phone for over an hr while doing my nails. Me and my friend asked her to get off the phone twice so she could get me done so we could leave. She asked where I was from so I told her and she said well since you're not from here it doesnt matter. She also tried to say that my previous nail salons did a horrible job, when in fact she was cutting them crooked and I had to tell her several times to fix it. We were in there for over an hr closer to an hr and a half and I got so mad that I asked for a refund. She would only give me $10 of my money back. So I paid $32 for basically nothing
Had a nail fill in & as usual when having nails done your nails have to be filed. Well because the only man in the shop that filled in my nails filled my nails before & after fill in he charged me $50.00 for a FILL IN. I have never paid so much for a fill in ever in my life. My nails look great but I only paid $60.00 for a FULL SET & Tina's Nails charged me $50.00 for a fill in. And the prices on the wall PLAINLY stated $25.00 & up. But $50.00 effin dollars for an effin FILL IN. That's effin CRAZY. I will never go to Tina's Nails not recommended them to any one. Go to Cincinnati, Milford or K. I "PROMISE" you will get a better deal. Tina's Nails Mt Orab, Oh ("WHAT A RIP OFF,")!!!
This was my first experience here. They were willing to see me as a walk-in without an appointment, were very attentive to my requests, and polite with my indecisiveness. Both my manicure and pedicure turned out beautifully, and I was able to enjoy a massage chair while getting my feet soaked. I will be returning.
I will be going back! They fixed what Ambiance in Eastgate messed up. This place isn't fancy like Ambiance, but they actually take their time and get it right. Ambiance made my nail's super thick, they were bumpy, different lengths, and the nail tech was rough and kept throwing my hands down, he got nail polish everywhere even on top of my hand and didn't clean it up. Paul removed my nail's redid them and they are perfect! He was super nice, quiet and even lotioned my hands after cleaning up any slight imperfections. I can't stop looking at them they are not thick and feel almost like real nail's!!
