So today a friend and I went in. Nothing new we loved the place for 6 months. Well I loved my pedicure I got . But my friend was treated very rudely. First after the pedicure was adequate she got, but then she went to the nail booth, the nail tech was the same. So she continues to get her nail gel polish and manicure and then he accidentally dropped the nail polish on her newer purse. He apologized said I’m so sorry. They proceeded to take acetone nail polish remover to her purse and now her black purse the color is coming off and there is nail polish still all over the purse. We thought they would make things right at the end by offering something a free credit next time, or free pedi , or even just a discount.. what was offered was a $5.00 off then went to $10.00 discount after she wasn’t understanding the problem and then a new purse. Well of course great! Well then Tiffany proceeded to say well I need the receipt that you bought the purse over a year ago… we tried to explain she no longer has the receipt for something she bought over 12 months ago like most people don’t. Tiffany responded I have purses I bought 20 years ago and have the receipts. As a business owner I believe this was handled in such a wrong way I would recommend if you want adequate service go here. If you would like to be treated rudely go here. If you want to be treated correctly find Vicki the old nail tech who chose to leave this establishment.

All the staff at Tiffany Nails in Gallatin are AMAZING!! They are always friendly, smiling and funny. No funny business when it comes to work though. I’ve been pleased every time I get a manicure or pedicure. This shop is SO CLEAN AND organized it’s unreal! THANK YOU Little Tiffany, Lee and the rest of the staff for your commitment to a great experience! Much Love for my people ????????♥️

Very impressed with the owner and staffs for their professionalism. Place is clean, price is reasonable. I scheduled my appointment for my wedding nails, asked for special design, and Tiffany did amazing. Can't asked for a better person to do it. Thank you for making my wedding day special

Lee did such an awesome job on my nails that I'll be going back! Tiffany is such a joy to be around & very funny! I really loved going there & I'm hard to please when it comes to my nails & feet.

I called, they told me they could get me right in, waited for what seemed like forever, over 35 minutes I know. People were getting up and leaving bc it was taking too long. I wasn’t even really upset about that other than they just kept accepting more customers knowing there was only 3 techs. They were so behind that 2 of them kept switching off on my nails. I asked her to shape up my nails, she filed them all in under 10 seconds. I had to ask the man to refile them bc they looked awful. Then he was trying to paint over splinters from the horrible filing they did. You can also tell where they didn’t get all of the previous gel polish off from the time before. Pics below are what I wanted vs what I got. You be the judge. I paid and tipped bc I’m not an a$$hole, but I just can’t seem to find a nail place in Gallatin that takes pride in their work.

Love love love this place! Everyone is friendly and Tina does an amazing job each time. I use my hands alot with my job and they're always friendly when I need to get a nail fixed.

I scheduled an appointment for my friend and I pedicures and manicures , someone took care of her right away she got a pedicure , 1 hr pass no one took care of me , 2 ladies came in got taking care off because they as well had scheduled an appointment. They told me as soon as a person doing manicure was done ,he will take care of me but no instead he move do her pedicure as well .. very unprofessional , I got a manicure after my friend got done with her pedicure , manicure was okay . I believe I pay way to much for the quality ( over $100) but lesson learn. I do not recommend this place , for me and my friend we will go somewhere else .

Great experience at Tiffany’s nails! Went around 10:15 and was told it would be 30 minutes for a gel pedicure and dip manicure. I decided to wait and they took me back within 15 minutes. The pedicure was great! I have ingrown toenails and the tech knew exactly how to cut them out with the least amount of pain (not easy to find places that can do this right!) The dip manicure didn’t take long at all and she made sure they turned out perfect. I am very pleased with my experience! Side note: I heard them mention that Monday thru Thursday’s they take appointments and on Friday and Saturday they take walk ins only right now.
