The mountains that surround this area is so nice. Makes for an enjoyable day at the water. I go here just to park and enjoy the view, hangout with my kiddos and let them jump off the boat dock.

Laid back family friendly and quiet ambiance for picnics, kayaking, boating and scuba dive lessons.

Equipped with WC, covered park & picnic tables.

Pets allowed on leash...and on your kayaks:)

Took the kids here for a school field trip. Great place for the kids to get in the water safely. It's only about waste deep to an adult 30 feet out. The grounds are clean. There is plenty of shade, picnic tables and BBQs. Lifeguard on duty but not sure how often. Unfortunately though, no other ammenities like a playground

Very nice out there. Watching the power boat races. A little hot.

Water is chilly

But a good place for the family

It's always quiet here. Plenty of parking. I never see the Ranger here.

Plan a longer picnic, you'll have fun! The water is cold, but you get used to it ????????

Favorite place to swim. Clean bathrooms. BBQs, tables, shade coverings and a perfect little beach for kids.
