Great friendly local bar with a food menu that changes theme every month. Recommended. Had the mixed grill tonight. Excellent and good value.

Tom the landlord has also built a decking area out back which will be used with a marquee for the world Cup starting soon.

Highly recommended.

Lovely clean cosy pub, great customer service. Food was brilliant adults had mixed grills and the kids had white bate and a burger that I would have been happy being served, and all at a good price. One minor gripe pleas don't serve food on slates the sauce and peas roll off. Will definitely be back for a curry.

Fantastic little pub with a great outside space and superb staff... my friend wanted a cuppa and they were very accommodating (I know that sounds trivial, but these things are important). Think this may become a regular drinking establishment for us xxx

Excellent pub and Carling at only £3 per pint! Good outside area in summer and the best smoking area in Belper. Sky tv and music what more do you want!

Beer garden was lovely, staff were great, reallyfriendly and helpful...fab sense of humor playing Johonny Cash ring of fire in 40° heat ????
