I was a walk in with my son to get his hair cut. He is 4 and autistic. He was wiggly for her and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience to her. Then when I told her the one side was shorter than the other she told me to calm down. I was not agitated. I was just letting her know in case she missed it. I will not be back. Worst hair cut ever. She missed a ton of hair as well.
Nope. No way. Absolutely not. Stopped in for a trim and clean up my curtain bangs she spent about 8 minutes trimming my hair during the time she asked me numerous times what I thought and it was so uneven so she kept cutting more to even it until I finally said we can stop right there. Paid and left. It was awkward and other workers saw how weird it was even the man at the desk! But hey make me pay full price. What a joke.
I went in yesterday at to get “red highlights” but I honestly don’t know what I ended up with. I wanted them very bold but instead they don’t really stand out a whole bunch. I wouldn’t recommend this place for colors but for blonde highlights and simple stuff like that. The staff were very nice but it’s just not what I ask for so I left very disappointed. The photos taken were right after I had got it done and one is what I had asked for. I definitely won’t be back since this is my second bad experience.
I was scheduled to have a blowout and a manicure at 12pm on 8/21 for my baby shower at 2 pm the same day. I booked this over a month in advance. I was there when they opened. There were three other guests with appointments. I was told that the person I booked my appointment with was running late and was stuck in traffic. While I was waiting, they booked a walk in for s haircut at 1 pm the same day. At 12:15 pm I am told the person I booked my appointment with was actually sick and would not be coming in. They then asked me if I could some back tomorrow…. I am very frustrated my the lack of professionalism. They did not make one attempt to accommodate me. How it went from the person is on their way to not coming shows a lack of transparency. Thankfully I was able immediately get into Ulta’s Salon for a blowout with Melissa. So don’t go to the Rage for a blowout or any service that you plan to get for an event.
My experience was terrible. I don't think the stylist heard one word I said when I told her how I wanted my hair. This was my 3rd or 4th visit to her. I told her I didn't want my hair round. I asked for a razor cut and my hair brought in closer to my head. Needless to say she once again did what she wanted and I will not be going back. SMH.
Will not listen to what is asked for, stylist just does what they want. Not worth the trouble. Go somewhere else!
Leah did a amazing job on my hair. I came in with it a mess and she had me leaving the salon feeling confident & beautiful. The girls there are so friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back in the future. ????
Me and my mom went to get our haircut and had a wonderful experience. Alana did an amazing job on our hair and was very kind! Will definitely come back!
