Wirklich süßes Café am Ende des Hafens, versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse aber gut zu finden. Liebevolle Einrichtung, leckeres Angebot. Prima Service. Lovely!!!????
Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Haben uns noch nach dem schliessen bedient. Sehr gute scones, selbst gemacht.
Incredible cosy café and amazing find in the village!
We were really grateful to find somewhere to have an amazing coffee and that accommodated for a few vegan options too! This can be quite hard to find in some places in Cornwall so it really meant a lot to us!
The staff are friendly, the lady who runs it is very warm and friendly and this place was a real pleasure.
They serve breakfast, sandwiches, cake and excellent hot drinks. The place was full of character and so close to the harbour too.
We went here in May. We both had scones with jam and clotted cream. I can honestly say we've NEVER had scones as good as these. They're really worth seeking out, you won't be disappointed.
We visited last week and wanted to say thank you for your great food and hospitality and for taking time to offer our son toys, books and entertainment. A great family business and we hope to return again some day. We highly recommend to all.
We visited here in July 2020 and we cannot recommend this lovely cafe enough. It is a beautiful, intimate, traditional tea room and I can honestly say that the Traditional Cream Tea that we had was the best we have ever had. Everything was home made, the scones were warm and we even had china cups and saucers to drink the lovely tea from. The selection of cakes was fantastic, and the ambiance in the family run cafe was relaxed and welcoming. Would 100% return if we are in Cornwall again.
Visited the Pilchard Press Cafe twice so far during our weeks stay. We've enjoyed tea & cake (the Victoria sponge is beautiful) and lunch and both were fabulous. We received a warm welcome, ate delicious food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, topped off with excellent customer service. Fantastic all round!
Had sandwiches to take away. Lovely fresh bread and superb filling.
Couldn't be better. They also provide meals to eat in, which we shall also have to try one day
