These photos are the reason I go to TNS... The photos below are from another place, same day fresh nails were horrible, I broke my nail in two days and they were lumpy and polished over dust.
TNS isn't perfect if you allow them, but the work is simple to be perfected here if you just ask and make sure you get what you want as they work. Great canvas for beautiful designs here. I'll post my nails next time I get them done here. Five stars of the can do better without having to be told proper nail care. 4 stars for how much they care... To do as close to perfect... Not 5 stars.
This place is AMAZING!!! They do a great job! I always get compliments on my nails!!
This place is well clean and maintained, they sterilize all their tools.
But I do suggest that you make the appointment, since it only couple of them that do nails, it can take a bit of time, but it well Worth it.
The picture is some of the nails that they have done.
Horrible service. I went in with my mom and she was cut on her toe and I was cut on my finger. The man cut her toe and left it bleeding. We had to ask him to put alcohol on it and then he hid away in the back. Terrible job.
I went to this location on 03/05 for a full set. I called ahead for a walk-in and was told to come around 1pm. I arrive and they are still with some customers which is no big deal. I'm not sure who did my nails but it was a young man and he began to size me without pushing my cuticles back or filing my nails. The man finished very quickly but the nails were horrible. They were pointing upwards and very thin. Later that day both my thumbs were hurting and I thought the man must have been rough while he was filing them. I absolutely hated the set and decided to go to an independent nail tech. To my surprise this nail salon uses MMA. MMA is illegal in California because it can harm your skin and respiratory. We spent 2.5 hours just trying to remove the acrylic. During the process, our skin was itchy because of the product. Please do not come here if you care about your health. There are plenty of independent nail techs that value your health and charge at a reasonable price.
HORRIBLE! if you care about the health of your nails, do not come. I came in with healthy nails that hadn't had a full set in months (thick and strong). I was happy with the finished product of my nails but unfortunately realized later that they are not using the proper products for nail care. The glue they used literally ripped off half of EVERY single nail on my finger. Very painful and ugly. I will not be returning for a full set, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
It says it opens at 10am , it’s 10:14 am right now , and on website and 9:30 am on actual business hr sign, drove all the way here wasted gas just to sit amd wait if they’re gonna open ???.. all in all they ended up opening and kenny is good and Gina for feet.
Let me just start by saying that when I am due for a trip to the nail salon I always prefer to come here. The full sets and spa pedis never disappoint. They always deliver what I ask to perfection. They are pretty busy so appointments are best if possible. The only reason for a 4/5 is that the last time I visited the lady who did my pedicure was pretty rough. Otherwise I highly recommend this nail spa.
now i love this place and i love Kenny but this time i have a problem. He charged me $55 to fix one broken nail and to add rhinestones to my set….. mind you i just got my nails done like 8 days ago with him. Rhinestone placement was very sloppy and not to mention he told me he would be available at 4 and i arrived at 4 but i didn’t leave until 7:30 plus i still left him a tip…… i’m not a difficult customer all i ask is that you do my nails right for the price i’m paying you. I definitely don’t think of this place as highly as i once did………...Update 11/18/22 this place is ridiculously overpriced I was just charged $75 for a medium set no rhinestones, no designs just gel polish. I paid $45 for a pedi and one of my feet is rough like sandpaper the lady did not completely scrub my feet, but nevertheless the paint job was good.

Quick Facts About The Nail Spa - TNS

The Nail Spa - TNS has several strengths and weaknesses, as mentioned in the comments. To analyze them thoroughly, let's start with the strengths.
One recurring positive comment about TNS is the quality of their work. Customers often express satisfaction with the outcome of their nails and receive compliments on them. This indicates that the technicians at TNS have a level of skill and expertise in creating beautiful nail designs. Additionally, the salon is praised for its cleanliness and maintenance. Sterilizing tools and maintaining a hygienic environment are essential factors for a nail salon, ensuring customer safety and well-being.
Another strength is the flexibility and willingness of the staff to rectify any issues. Even though some customers point out areas for improvement, they also mention that TNS is willing to listen to feedback and make changes to deliver a closer-to-perfect service. This shows that the salon is committed to customer satisfaction and is open to addressing concerns.
In terms of weaknesses, a recurring complaint is related to the quality of service and the potential for accidents. Customers mention incidents where they or their family members were cut during treatments. In one instance, a customer's toe was left bleeding, and in another, a customer's finger was cut. These incidents raise concerns about the level of care provided by the technicians at TNS.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the inconsistency in service quality. Some customers mention that they received a poor set of nails, pointing out issues like nails pointing upwards, thinness, and discomfort. There are even allegations of TNS using a potentially harmful product called MMA (Methyl Methacrylate). This not only raises health concerns but also indicates a lack of professionalism in following industry regulations. Customers also express disappointment in the improper application of products, like glue, which resulted in nail damage and pain.
Availability and punctuality seem to be another area where TNS falls short. One comment mentions inconsistent opening times, with the salon opening later than advertised. This can create inconvenience for customers who rely on the stated opening hours and have to wait unnecessarily. Additionally, long waiting times are highlighted, with one customer waiting for over three hours for their appointment.
Lastly, pricing is raised as a concern by some customers. There are mentions of overpricing for certain services, such as fixing a broken nail and adding rhinestones, which were considered costly. In one case, a medium set with just gel polish was charged at an exceptionally high price. These pricing concerns could make TNS less accessible for some customers and impact their overall satisfaction.
In summary, The Nail Spa - TNS has strengths in delivering quality nail designs, maintaining a clean environment, and being open to feedback. However, it faces weaknesses in terms of service quality inconsistency, potential accidents, lack of punctuality, and pricing concerns. Addressing these weaknesses could contribute to an improved overall customer experience.
