So excited for the new ownership! I followed Nancy and Down here from another salon. I have been coming to Nancy for over 5 years. They have always kept a very clean, hygienic shop. They clean the chairs between customers and have disposable inserts for the footbath so everyone gets a fresh one.
Nancy is the best nail tech I have ever been to and I get compliments on my nails all the time.
Nancy and Down are very professional and open to feedback. They are very friendly.
The shop is beautiful and relaxing. You can't go wrong with The Nail Place.
I have been going to The Nail Place for my nails for almost four years now and they have always done an exceptional job and have great service. Wayne and Snow have recently moved and I will miss them, BUT the new staff is just as amazing! Nancy has done my nails twice now and she is very nice and does a beautiful job!! I highly recommend this shop!

I love going to the Nail Place. They take special care of their clients. They are so talented. I'm always pleased with how pretty my nails look when they paint and decorate them.
Nancy is such a sweet person. I listen to my ebook while she totally takes care of my nails and the time flies by. She just seems so caring and understanding. Everyone who gets their nails done should have a Nancy in their lives.

I went to Nancy years ago at a different salon. She is still amazing as always! One of the only techs I've had in Louisville who does my acrylics and they stay on/don't lift for a full 3 weeks. She is the best!
I have coming here for a while and truly love the staff. Super friendly, reasonably priced and great work.
I love Nancy and Doa, I followed them from another salon. Nancy always does a fantastic job and if anything is not to my liking she fixes it immediately. Doa gives the best pedicures ever! Very relaxing in a beautiful clean environment.
