This is the first time I write a review for a nail salon but this place is amazing!! The first time I came here was after another nail salon left my nails looking awful. Kim was so quick to accommodate me and replace the set. I got so many compliments from that set!! This time I also was taken care of by Kim and I love her work!! She did the set in the picture and her technique is so so good. Cannot wait to see what people say about these!! Please please please do yourself a favor and book here with Kim !!!
That was the best pedicure.. I've ever had in my life. I wish i got her name but i had the best time and i feel so much better than i did before i walked in. 10/10 this is my new nail place ????
I went in for a full set and pedicure. I had a way about 45 minutes for them to call somebody in. Just as the nail tech was getting done an inspector came in and my nail tech went in the back room the inspector asked if the lady that just went back there was the one who did my nails and I said yes she informed me that the nail tech was not licensed and should not be doing nails. Now normally it wouldn't bother me and it didn't bother me up until a couple days ago I went in to get my full set gel manicure and pedicure about 2 weeks ago and the "gel" has chipped off on multiple nails which tells me either they buy horrible quality gel nail polish or it wasn't really gel and they charged me for it anyway. The service was fine but I am not happy with how my nails look right now.
Went in about a week ago for 2 pedicures, they have a great selection of gel colors I chose a beautiful glitter that came out great, Dan did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. They offer free cocktails while you're there so me and my boyfriend each got one but when they came out the glasses were really dirty, like smudged. I'm not sure if they are properly washing the glasses, but it made me not want to drink it.
Cute establishment reasonable pricing for gel manicure. Not a great selection of colors and glitters and if you want a specific glitter there is additional charges per two set of fingers to be applied to them. Very crowded if this place was to get busy.
I was not appreciative of the elderly man soliciting for money or presenting a card die to current state of mind that he was asking for spare change. This is business and I wanted to get my nails done in peace and not be disturbed at all. When I ask the nail tech why they would allow him to ask their customers for money they said they dont say anything because he goes in there all the time.....I just dont like being disturbed.
Please make sure if you are also working in a dim light establishment that your electricity is working properly and change the bulbs. They Kept flickering it was dreadful on my eyes when it keeps going in and out.
Not enough of my cuticles were truly cut and attention to detail was precise but you get what is paid for. Please make sure to ask for their books for the gels, it was not offered of the color selection before sitting down to see the options.
Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. I got a gel manicure and by day 4 there were chips and peeling. By day 7, 6 nails look bad. I think the product they use must be bad quality. Very disappointed.
I have an amazing experience everytime I come here! Even with my nail lady gone... they still have my nails looking amazing!
Wow so happy I came here! My nail tech was very kind and diligent, took his time to make sure my nails were concise and the way I wanted, loved how he asked questions about them along the way, never assumed always asked. My nails turned out so sleek and beautiful and I will definitely be coming back here :) pricing was also very fair to what nail salons are charging in general.
