Went in for nails service, the salon was busy. Has to wait fourty five minutes!

Love my nails design! Love the upgrade pedicure!
We been coming for almost a year and lately the owner who does nails and pedicures rushes through the work. Had cuts due to her cutting toe nails way too short and filing them down. Her massages suck! Other ladies that work there are ok. Do NOT let owner do your mani or pedicures!!
CeCe is my girl. Love for her . She does them so well that I talked my MoM into going at least one time for her hand & feet. She had never been in a nail salon & she just loves it. Made. She made appointments for herself for the next several months. Thank Again. You guys are GREAT
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I am very dissatisfied with my nails and experience. The nails are uneven and horrible. Waited for an hour for my nails to turn out like this. I will not return to this place again. This was my second time here and my last.
Great place, great price, good people didn't get Ceecee this time, but she does good work. Will definitely spread the word.

I would normally give this place a 4-star rating, as the lady who does my nails does excellent work. However, on the day I went (4 weeks.ago), she was out and a male technician handled my manicure. He seemed nice, but these are what I observed:
1. His technique of removing gel polish was the old way (soak nails/fingertips) and I felt my fingers swelling up due to the gel polish remover.
2. My nails were not completely dried or cured and he started to massage my hands with lotion.
3. His technique of massaging was uncomfortable and not gentle.
4. Because my nails were not completely dried or cured, the polish was dull and felt a little sticky to touch.
5. After the service was done (after waiting a few mins), I left but quickly came back to have the top coat reapplied.
6. The male technician blamed the situation on me moving my hand under the UV light and when I was about to leave, he made a joke "don't come back again" and laughed.
Who makes a joke like that to a Paying customer and who Just tipped him generously? Maybe, if he did the job Correctly and with Care, I would Not have had to come back for him to correct his work. If the lady who does my nails was there, I would NOT have had an issue with the polish and this incident would NOT have happened.
I am giving a 1-star rating after the service, treatment and behavior I received and experienced from this male technician. I could give a description of this technician, as there were 2 male technicians in the salon that day...However, I will refrain from describing him as he still works for a living. But if I receive a negative response from the owners, I will have no issues describing their employee.
Best colors ever! Finally was able to get my favorite colors, dark and deep enough! No wait, great spa and great massage! They even helped my toe problems! They did a great job removing my callouses (for an extra $10, but then subtracted the $10 when I included my eyebrow waxing.) Nice, even, cheap and quick eyebrow waxing.
