Outstanding food and fantastic service

My friends and I visited today for Sunday lunch. The service was brilliant, we were seated as soon as we walked in and offered drinks. We were given the menus to look at whilst we waited for drinks, and our food order was taken as soon as the drinks arrived. The three waiting stuff that served us were friendly and professional.

The food was absolutely delicious, had to have 3 courses because it looked so good. The starter was stunning and a big portion, the dinner was the same, tender soft lamb, crispy fluff potatoes and beautiful gravy and the desert was perfect to finish the meal off.

Can't fault the speed and quality of service and will be back for more Sunday lunches for sure

A group of 6 of us went at lunchtime and we all thoroughly enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. They couldn't do enough for us, it was faultless. We've already booked our next visit and highly recommend it.

Lovely atmosphere and the food here is always outstanding. The chef here really knows his stuff and looked after our table. The hosts were gracious and made sure our drinks never ran empty! Best food around 100%

Thought we had booked this one in town but we went to the wrong one ! Staff managed to get us a table . Food was amazing and staff very helpful . Highly recommend the Sunday roast and pudding.

We had the most amazing night here. We had to find somewhere to book last minute to celebrate my sons graduation as the original place we had booked had to close due to a member of staff testing positive for covid. I called and explained the situation and the staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. They managed to fit us in and in and I'm so glad they did. The food was absolutely incredible and nothing was to much trouble for the staff. I will be recommending this fantastic restaurant to everyone. Cannot wait to go back

Really great little restaurant with very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere! I will definitely be returning when we are in the area again!

I really enjoyed my meal here tonight. The brie to start was gorgeously melty. And there is nothing better than good, rare filet steak. Really recommend the red wine sauce and the sweet potato chips. I'm not the world's greatest pudding person, but the chocolate fudge cake was calling me!

Overall, a really enjoyable meal. Sweet, prompt service. Really pleasant atmosphere. Eating in Neath always carries a slightly retro vibe to me (it is our lovely town after all), but this was truly lovely and I'm looking forward to eating here again.

Lovely restaurant with helpful and friendly staff who were more than happy to provide extra plates so we could share starters and amend main meals to fit around fussy eaters. Food was well presented and tasty, only downside was that the Salmon was under cooked and had to be sent back to be cooked further.
