Very poor customer service. I’m new to the area. I called ahead of time asking about services offered. I told them that I was on my way heading over. They close at 5 and the employee told me they would take their last appt at 4:40. I literally walked through at 4:40 and he refused to let me in. It wasn’t even a 15-20 minute service. It was a spray tan that takes maybe 5 min. I would’ve been out before close at 5. He still refused to let me in. I was extremely upset as in I told him I was on my way. He still didn’t let me in. Wow. That is not the way to build clientele, much less returning clients :(

The Hot spot tanning is where it's at been all over the world and let me tell you great customer service. And maybe four or five times and it's like I've been at the beach for 2 days and got this beautiful bronze tan thank you Hot spot tanning you are the best
Awesome salon!! Why?
1. The Beds are strong! Bulbs are changed frequently!
2. Location - right off I95, its the 1st light so no traffic getting here!
3. Price - unlimited tanning on level 2 beds for $50 bucks a month & level 2 beds are strong, I only have to go 1-2 a week to keep a beautiful tan!
4. Availability - there are alot of beds so Ive never had to wait!
5. The Staff - Very helpful & knowledgeable! Friendly too!!

Very clean facility. Very friendly and professional. Helps my achy joints as well as tanning. I like the #4 package because the beds are nice big and super comfortable and they are bronzing lights. Easy parking lot. Overall the best tanning facility I have ever been to. Thanks!
I have always been impressed with the outstanding customer service from Rich, the owner. He goes avove and beyond to make sure you you leave satisfied! If there is an issue and he is not there, he is prompt to make it right!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and the products!! The rooms and beds are ALWAYS clean!! I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't go any where else!!!
