Was sent an option out letter that I read wrong and tried to contact them but was too late got signed off in middle of getting help.
Tried to speak with the receptionist who is by far the worst person I've ever came across dealing with people with mental health issues.
I was spoke to and treated like rubbish.
Hung up on for asking how long my new referral will take. Finally got to speak with a member of staff who managed to sort everything so thank you Craig.
But as mental health help it's no wonder the suicide rate is so high when you have staff like this.
