We had an family order tonight & didn't realise it had changed hands. Fish & battered sausage caped in grease & not crispy liked asked, was Large fish instead of medium & no cod roe like asked for but fish bits instead, probably to bump order up more expensive than it already was! Be giving this a wide birth from now on I think! ????

What has happened to this place? We used to get lovely crispy fish and chips from here. The last two occassions it has been a load of greasy, sloppy, tasteless mess. And the mushy peas and curry sauce was watered down. Sorry but will not order again, such a shame, used to be great.

Spent over £50 for a family of four, and the cod wasn't even filleted properly (see images of large bone). Disgusting.

The Best in Potters Bar for Value, Service. I used to frequently have Fish & Chips from “Tim’s Fish Bar “ in the 1990s. The New Owners are even Better. Well done. (Retired on a budget)

Never had such tasteless fish and chips. Plus expensive compared to others locally. Wont be going again thanks!

Amazing food and amazing people! I definitely recommend The Fish & Chip shop. I have so many favourites but some of them are cod, haddock, chips, chicken burger, mixed green salad. They have great ice cream options as well. It is our usual place to order quick and healthy fast food : )

Placed order yesterday, large cod and chips, was delivered in about 10 minutes. Fish was absolutely delicious cooked to perfection steaming hot and was definitely large portion of fish as requested delicious and also generous portion of chips which were tasty and chunky and not greasy at all perfectly cooked and again delicious. Excellent quality and service would definitely order from here again very very impressed well done!

Ordered a delivery of cod and chips this evening ... probably the best I've eaten in a very long while. The portions were huge and the fish and chips were amazing! A definite 10/10.
