Popped in just before closing on the off chance we'd get served, the owner was more than welcoming promising us the best cod in Southport........he wasn't wrong! It was the most amazing fish and chips we've ever had,freshly cooked to order too. The waitress was so attentive and looked after us fantastically, very friendly, happy and polite, we will definitely be visiting again when we're in the area ????
Ordered fish and chips. Perfectly cooked fish. Lovely and crispy and white flaky fish. Chips were perfect.
Lovely cafe owner and staff very friendly. Had the pensioners 2 course lunch fish and chips, the fish was lovely I had apple pie for my pudding taste like home made my husband had the chocolate fudge cake it was massive. Will definitely be going g back again well worth the money.
Had a lovely meal this evening before the fireworks festival. It was very busy, but probably because of the festival being on. Really good value children's meals. Lovely sized portions. Can eat in or take out and there are tables outside to use. Traditional decor inside. Would happily go back.
Food was fantastic, service was lovely and inviting. Our dog Peanut even became a part time cleaner during his visit, will be back for sure on our next visit
Large fish and chippy, with lots of seating and good service. Freshly cooked chips and a large hunk of cod was £7:25.
Absolutely loved it,the staff were very friendly,I had the fish and chips and my son and daughter had pie and chips,the food was lovely,the dog loved it they gave her a sausage it was nice to find a chippy restaurant where they allowed dogs in,will definitely be calling again when we are in the southport area
