A very lovely couple run this pub and are always very welcoming and serve a very generous plate of homecooked food. Very popular around the local area everybody wants to be booked in for Sunday lunch. They also do a smaller portion for the older generation which is great service.
I have visited a couple of times with my husband for lunch, which was without fault. It was recommended to me by my sister, who has always had a lovely meal. Definitely our go-to place for a lovely home cooked meal
Great service friendly landlord and landlady. Lovely staff. Food is always really good, and lots of it. They also have an outside space for party hire. 100% all round
love this pub, Martin and Shirley are very nice and always welcoming, other staff are friendly and cheery too, food is very appetising with large potions ,
