Open Mic night was brilliant..... Deffo worth a visit. Place has picked up a lot in recent months, different atmosphere entirely etc etc, credit where credit is due they are a freindly lot behind bar..... Keep going guys, deffo worth a visit. ????????????????

Don't know what has happened to this place,but has gone downhill in the last few months,was the cheapest pub in the area,now its the most expensive,£4.30 for Carling,who pays that price for pee water!!..
All the regulars,have gone to the Bluebell,which I'm not surprised!.
Went to go for karaoke, was greeted by a very unfriendly man outside sweeping shouting at us saying we’re closed at least 3 times they still had people singing and was still serving drinks… this was at 9:45 pm when apparently they close at 12am. Would not recommend, taking my money elsewhere and will not be going back. Get your act together!
Had some good nights in this pub. If you are pretentious and seeking somewhere to pose this is not for you. If you want to see genuine friendly folk having a good time on a Saturday night then the beer is reasonably priced and the staff a friendly and efficient so I recommend a visit.
