Did not go at a busy time. (After 2.30pm on a Tuesday). Was not greeted on entry. Found a sign that says take a seat., Took a seat. Waited and waited for order to be taken. Order taken for 2 of us. 2 soft drinks and salad. was aware of the '30 min fresh policy'. 4 people who arrived after us received their hot their hot food and hot drinks. We waited some more. Waitress apologised. My salad bowl' arrived on a plate.
Popped in mid afternoon for coffee, seem to be quiet and got a table quickly (additional seating upstairs), service from staff very friendly and helpful, although we didn't eat a menu on each table appeared to have a good selection of snacks and pastries some of which were displayed at the counter (apple pie looked deep and delicious). Prices very reasonable and I'll happily return.
Very pleasant place for coffee, salads were very tasty and filling. Did not have any cakes but they did look delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Will be back another time soon.
My boyfriend and I went for a brunch and we loved everything about the place: costumer service was excellent; place beautifully designed, quiet and clean; and food didn't disappoint either.
Highly recommended café.

First visit which was very pleasant. The service was very friendly and prompt, the surroundings were very nice and the food enjoyable although I thought it was a little pricey
First time visiting the cheeky cherub but it wont be my last love menu something everyone sweet or savory definitely recommend it.
