Owners were rude couldn't accept criticism. Though they were above everyone else. Never stay again.

I going to keep my integrity and ensure that people know when I stayed long time ago that I think they overcharge for what they offer and for a basic area like Seaford, they charge Brighton prices. Nothing special

We have just returned from our second stay in the Horizon room in The Buckle. Jason and Julie have thought of everything to make a stay here as enjoyable as possible. The room is wonderfully comfortable with amazing views and only a few paces from the beach. Breakfast is second to none - better than I have had in any B&B (or hotel) and it is good to know that it is cooked with local produce. What makes a stay here really special is all of the little touches that you just don’t get elsewhere. The voice controlled lighting is fun and the honesty bar is fantastic, not expensive and a great showcase for local products. The endless ice creams were very welcome in a heat wave! Jason and Julie are easy-going and helpful hosts who go out of their way to make a stay with them really special.

We have just stayed for 5 nights in the very spacious Horizon room, which is tastefully furnished along with the mod cons one would expect in at least a 5 star hotel, including voice controlled lighting. Every detail has really been well thought out making this a comfortable and relaxing environment. Jason, Julie and family were very welcoming, friendly and eager to make our stay a memorable one, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were of the very best we have ever had on our travels, didn't leave a morsel on our plates. Thank you Jason, Julie, Helen and Mum for a unique, relaxing experience.

Haven't been at the buckle Seafood but the rooms looked fantastic on TV.Slightly confused by the naughty comments.Glad the with the response from the owners.Really Looking forward to a holiday there.

Absolutely fantastic room decoration and sea views.

We spent two nights here recently and glad we did. Only three well appointed rooms so it's relaxed and welcoming inside. Clean, modern contemporary interior and a well thought out design for guests with a separate entrance, stairs and dining area.

Owners Jason and Julie are warm, genuine and hardworking. Breakfast is ordered the evening before and was excellent. There's an honesty bar / fridge where a local brewery supplies the beers should you fancy a drink in your room. Fresh filtered water is provided in another fridge for guests.

All three rooms face out to sea and not a day goes by without you seeing a yacht, a water skier or even the Newhaven to Dieppe ferry in the distance. If you wish, you can borrow some chairs for the beach and also a kayak to make your own vista from this B&B.

I was installing some new Carpet in one the Bedrooms used for their B&B.

They have had extensive work done to make their guests as comfortable as possible and if you're thinking of a weekend break when all this nonsense is over, I would seriously consider this venue.

This is a fantastic b&b, totally luxurious with great views. The hosts, Julie and Jason, are lovely people and very attentive, funny and friendly. The rooms are finished to a very high standard and offer superb views of the coastline. Love staying here.
