Walked in tonight at 6:25. Made eye contact with a few guys but was not greeted. Sat down. At no point was I approached, asked if I had an appointment, or communicated with at all. There were over half a dozen guys just standing around. Not sure if they were employees or their friends. I didn't have an appointment, so if they were too busy to serve me, that's fine, but it absolutely could have and should have been communicated. I sat for 25 minutes until 6:50 with not one word from any employee. That is extremely disappointing and frustrating. Bad business practice.
Umberto cut my hair. I don't speak Spanish and he doesn't speak much English. He brought another barber over to translate, everything went well. He's a great barber.
Big Boss is the place to go. Javi is the best barber around and Malcolm who he sits next time is a great young man! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a good time and even better cut.
I drive all the way from Detroit to get a haircut here or whenever I’m in town, unmatched quality! It’s like art. Skilled barbers.

Javi is an awesome barber. The vibe here is great. The staff are very kind and Javi is a true professional.
If you have kids, it’s a great place to come. The staff will work with all your needs.
No proper system of appointment bookings. I went in to the place and no one attended me for half an hour. Someone came in front of me and had a haircut while I was asked to wait for another hour.
Wasted my time and had to visit another barber across the street.
I feel like family here even though it's my first time definitely coming back the people seem to be down to earth
