A pleasant place, we stopped for a quick lunch, you can eat in or outside, I had the Chorizo panini with chips and salad, my wife had the soup of the day, both were very tasty, coffee was nice and they provided a big pot of tea.

Amazing English breakfast. Can't ad a picture as I ate it too fast. Guy taking order was professional and quick and the cook was fast as well as a table of 10 ordered just before us and ours came out hot and quick. Thank you.

First time here for me and my partner. We were only popping in for coffee so only ordered 2 Flat Whites. The coffee was really nice! It was smooth and didn't have any bitterness to it. Staff were very friendly and polite. It had a nice atmosphere inside and is well laid out and decorated. We will be back next time we're in The Lakes

Took us a week to find a place with a perfect breakfast. This place is it. Defo one to go back to. Good price and generous and very friendly. Left feeling satisfied and content. Thanks guys

I ordered the English breakfast, fruit scones and a cup of cappuccino. The food is excellent especially the scone. I highly recommend “homemade fruit scone, cream & jam”. I’d like to visit Bowness again just to taste the scone. Staff are very nice and prices are also reasonable. Thank you for your service????.

Fabulous cafe and wonderful customer service from a really friendly lady. Lots of lovely home cooked food to choose from. Generous portions of scones with jam and cream .

Amazing Gluten free lemon meringue pie and you could not tell the difference. Even served with cream and ice-cream if you wanted it. Lovely pots of tea with extra hot water. Definitely worth a visit. Will certainly call again if we are in the area.

Food was nice, service was fine (it was busy). Fix the door though, only locals know how to open it without looking like a berk.
