I have been to many hair salons and every one of them messed up a simple cut. Not Taylors though. Every time I go in for anything I'm never disappoined. They are amazing, very friendly and know what they are doing. Thank you ladies so much for saving my hair

I just move to Albany Park and was looking for my go to spot to do my eyebrows and decided to try Taylor Hair Dezign because of all the good reviews. I went yesterday and Rasmia took care of me and she did such an amazing job threading my eyebrows she took her time and they came out perfect she was very friendly she welcome me into the neighborhood and to her salon. Staff was very friendly as well. They are very clean right when I came in she took my temperature and provided me with hand sanitizer everyone was wearing a mask they were very professional. I was actually surprised that I only paid $7 for such good service. Its definitely my go to spot from now on. Thank you.

Fantastic experience. I got a hair cut and shave from their barber Hugo. He was professional and thorough. All the staff was warm and friendly. Prices are fair!

I just got a haircut today with Olivia. Called and made appointment same day. Everyone including Olivia, owner, and other staff members were incredibly kind. I do, however, think the pricing was very high. I have long hair and got simple long layers, total was $75 and I tipped $20. No blow dry or curls (I requested this, I’m just trying to stay away from heat). Staff and cut, extremely great! Just a bit pricy for my liking.

I just had to leave this review after the AMAZING experience I just had at Taylor Hair Dezign - First let me just say that I left the salon with the best haircut of my life! I came in with shoulder length hair and asked to take most of it off - Olivia was my stylist and she took the best care of me! She was so attentive and made sure every last stray hair was cut. Olivia is basically an artist! Not only is she talented with hair, but she also was so very personable, friendly, and accommodating! After my haircut, I also had the chance to speak with another stylist (whose name I can’t remember, unfortunately) and the owner, Rasmia. I mention this because the vibe of the salon is inviting and the employees are so genuinely nice - This was my first time going here & yet it felt like I had been a client of theirs for YEARS. After this amazing experience I can’t imagine getting my haircut anywhere else - I will absolutely be coming back soon. If you’re thinking about getting your haircut at Taylor Hair Dezign, go right now!!! They’re that great, seriously.

I've been going to Taylor Hair for almost a year now and this will be my go to spot until I leave Chicago.

All of the staff are great and can cut men's hair. My go to guy at Taylor Hair is overseas, so I usually get a cut from Rasmia who does a phenomenal job. They are all very friendly and remember you. Some people have complained about prices but that's due to inflation. It was $20 at the start of the pandemic and now it's $25. To curb it a bit they have cards where if you visit 5 times the next time it's free. So they're trying hard to keep it affordable while staying afloat. Before you visit though, try to call so you can book a spot, otherwise you might have to wait.

The spot has street parking, but if you go into the neighborhood streets, you can luck out on free parking.

If you come regularly, they remember you and treat you well. So if you want to visit a spot that will take care of you while you're in Chicago, this is the spot

Rasmia and her team are "AMAZING"!

My daughter has been wanting the ends of her hair dyed blue or purple for awhile. When I booked appointment, Katrina was the one I talked to she was super sweet,explained the whole process to me over the phone and told me, my daughter will have a great time, she wasn't kidding ???? We were running a little behind and I called to let them know, they just said drive safe ,it's raining out there. ????

From the moment we walked in,greeted which is so important in any kind of business,we didn't have to wait. Talk to Rasmia told her what my daughter wanted and myself (haircut) and she got to work. Rasmia, Katrina and Olivia, talked with us like we were family,alot of places make you feel uncomfortable, we felt like we were at home. I showed Rasmia a picture of myself, how I style my hair, she looked at it, cut and styled exactly the way I do ( she actually did a better job♥️ then me) I was so impressed with all the salons I've been to, she was the first to nail it. My daughters hair came out AMAZING, she cut it and dyed her ends blue. I was just thinking the ends would be a solid blue,nope Rasmia has her own technique that makes the blues a variety of blues, like highlights. My little girl was/ is so happy. She was also so impressed with how we were treated. The salon was clean,organized customer friendly. We will definitely be coming back. I can't thank Rasmia and her team enough , how happy they made my daughter and myself. I have recommended a few people, since my daughter has had her hair colored, all her friends love it and their parents were very impressed.

The products she used organic/natural so less damage to hair.

Very welcoming shop, everyone is very friendly. I have thinning hair and Olivia is able to cut it in such a way that it appears thicker. I highly recommend Taylor Hair Dezign.
