This brother did an amazing job and made me feel welcomed. Coming from Macon,Ga to Indianapolis for work,I was I need of a barber while here. He def got the job lol! A barber with a hidden talent of being a comedian lol this dude is hilarious but professional. Thanks brother

My family has been going here for years. My son received his first haircut here. He's 11 yrs old now and Tate's is the only Barbershop he will go to. Even though all the Barbers are AWESOME, Wes is the only one he'll let cut his hair. A family owned business with a very friendly group of people. Check them out ????

Doug hooked me up!! I've had the same barber for 20 years and was leery. I'm glad I chose Doug. Professional and takes his time to make sure you have a clean cut. I highly recommend!

Heard of this barbershop from a buddy of mine. And also looked them up on Google. Decided to check them out. Called them & asked if I could come in for a haircut & they said yeah. Went in, didn’t have to wait. And Douglas cut my hair. He’s great at what he does & super hilarious. I’m from North Carolina & I’m glad I found a great barbershop to go to. Try em out, you won’t be disappointed.

As someone who lives out of state, I'm glad I chose Tate's Barbershop. It's an excellent choice if your looking for somewhere to get a fresh cut; they know what they're doing. My barber, Douglas III, was very friendly and he did an outstanding job. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I walked in with no appointment and just my luck Douglas the 3rd., the grandson of the late great Mr Tate., was able to drop some knowledge about the historical barbershop. Then I got that razor line & trim just like I needed. I definitely reccomend supporting our Black Owned Businesses & Legacy of this community BARBERSHOP! Thank you Tate's Barber Shop. I just moved to Indianapolis from TN. And I was unsure about where to go to get my haircut that would do a great job. And I must say that Douglas Tate 3rd did a really great job and got my hair looking extra nice. if you are a young or older black gentleman and you are picky about your haircuts I would highly suggest going to Tates!

Tate’s barber shop was amazing and I love my haircut. It’s hard to find Barbers here who can give good haircuts for Indians lol. Douglas was awesome. He fulfills the requirements of his customers.
