I ordered a meal for me and my friend, they charged me for both meals, and when we took it home we discovered my meal wasn't even in the bag. I called them up and they told me to come back and get it, but we weren't up for walking back in the cold so I'd no choice but to do without it.
So when I went back a couple days later I told them I wanted my meal I was due, or a refund, but they refused both. So ultimately I paid for a meal I didn't get. They also conveniently fail to understand basic English when you have an issue with them.
Only used because usual Chinese was thot give a try as local won’t be trying again
No problems placing order arrived promptly chips that i recieved were only dry shells. I phoned to complain need to speak to chef very unprofessional heard shouting in Chinese answer was get free next time don’t think so then she hung up didn’t take details
Ordered a curry was very bland and meat was uncooked couldn’t eat it binned if wont be using again very very disappointed only gave one star but wouldn’t give any
Stopped using this place as order was always wrong and woman very nasty on phone, tried again tonight and low and behold wrong order again, woman was calling me a liar very nasty woman and kept hanging the phone up on me, eventually she phoned back told me she will give me my money back, really feel for the delivery driver as he needs to put up with her but I’d give him 5 stars
Order was wrong, took forever to come even though I stay local. Called up as my order was incorrect and the woman on the phone was so ignorant and rude. She refused to give me what I actually ordered and hung up the phone. Joke of a place, avoid !
Can't fault the service. Reasonable prices. Quick delivery. Friendly staff but all the different dishes we've ordered have the same dark brown sauce. Its like Bisto or something, no nice, so giving up now and trying somewhere else. Shame.
Until tonight I would have given a 4 or 5*.
My order came quite quick(that's the star).
But I asked for sausage and chips..where in this country do you get hotdogs when you order sausage here you do. Chips were old and hard mixed with new chips disgusting.
Ordered a sirloin steak med-well done...that wasnt sirloin and it was as tough as old boots.
When I phoned to complain, the girl on the other end explained everything to the owner/s and I heard everything that was said...she was told to tell me "sorry, hope you enjoy your next meal better" yeah like that's going to happen.
Never again they lost my custom after that order..
Always buy from taste king. They got the order wrong for the first time in years. Instead of replacing it, they insisted i pay again. What a let down, no loyalty or customer focus. Lost all business from me and my extended family due to nothing more than a bad attitude!
Not that great, I had the intro meal £6.80 for 2 courses, BBQ ribs and chicken balls with fr.rice +sweet + sour sauce. The ribs were dry and tired," like yesterdays ? The sauce was nice though, the chicken balls were soggy and there was a bit of chicken breast bone in one of them , again the sauce was nice. Probably my fault for going cheap but you'd think an intro meal would be nice as it is designed to draw customers in to the shop, a special deal say!
