Great place new bulbs. Nice employees. Will explain the process. No question is a dumb question. I wish the hours were earlier even a couple days a week. If ur looking for a comfortable tanning home. Tan Lines is it.
I must agree with the below comment. I have been coming to Tan Lines for years and as much as I love the beds and the girls who work there, it’s getting really annoying showing up at their opening time and no one being there. We pay for these beds and expect an employee to have the store open during the hours of operation that are posted on the door. As a matter of fact it’s Saturday 9/28, 10:16AM, and no one is here. Third time in the past month that I’ve shown up on a Saturday or Sunday and no one is here to open. Pretty disappointed.

New ownership rocks!! He is super nice and keeps everything in order. His sisters who help from time to time, are also nice!! And always open when they say they will. I will be continuing to go back!
Every time I come here it’s a hit and miss with them being open. They never follow the hours posted. The beds have different ray bulbs so when I come into tan I have to flip and go to different beds because I get lines from lines from burnt out bulbs. Some women working here are very helpful others are very rude when you ask questions about different beds and prices. I’d come a lot more if they were consistent with hours. Please I work nights and come here when I should be sleeping and lose sleep when y’all are not even open. Very disappointing.
The new owner is absolutely awesome. He opens when he says he will be and the place is always clean. I like how the bulbs are always replaced so my tan looks amazing.
I am loving taking time for myself. Very relaxing. This salon is super clean, and everyone is so nice. I got a great deal on a tanning package. Getting ready for summer!!!
This place used to be amazing! Bought a monthly unlimited package for my husband and I so we can get tan before our vacation, I know we are in a pandemic right now but they are supposed to be open Monday-Friday, noon-8 P.M, today is the 3rd day in a row I have gone up there betweeb 3 and 4 P.M and NO ONE is there! Hours are posted on door, saying they should be there and no note otherwise. Getting really frustrated and mad! The least they could do is change their freaking hours to what they are going to work so at least we know!
Since new owners took over, they seem to be closed more than they are opened.
They also open late. Hard to plan on tanning when they are so inconsistent.
They do not stick to the business hours that are advertised. Nor do they alert customers to any advanced early closing which is often. Wasted time, and gas not to mention times I’m able to go so getting frustrated as s package was paid for.
Highly recommend calling before going.
