Beautiful work! Scott was very friendly and professional. My Finn came out looking absolutely stunning. Everything was very reasonably priced. Only paid $80 for full service on Finn (large breed double coat) and treats were $6.99/lb. Definitely would recommend this place :) 10/10

Tail waggers did an amazing job today with my sweet boy. We used to bring our puppy to Petsmart grooming but after several bad experiences we decided to give tail waggers a shot. Well let me say I HIGHLY recommend using them. They were patient and worked with my puppy. I’m head over heals with his new cut. Thank y’all so much ! Y’all did an amazing job.

I brought my yorkie Ella to them and they did an amazing job. She is older and is missing a leg, so I’m very particular who I let handle her and have to know they will be gentle and careful for her just as I would. They really took the time to listen to my concerns and let them know of her past injuries and be easy. they made it known that they would do best they could and would not put her in a stressful situation if that meant not having the most perfect haircut, which was fine with me because that means the most is her well-being !! I dropped her off and felt she would be taken care of, and when I picked her up it was the best haircut she’s ever had. She smelt so good and was so precious. I couldn’t thank them enough and will only use them from now on!!

Super easy & kind to deal with!!! Waited too long to get my pup groomed for the very first time ???? Tail Waggers were SO nice even though I know he was a pill. They are knowledgeable and considerate and I felt very comfortable leaving my pet in their care. Will definitely be back—if they’ll have us ????????!

Took our baby to have a much needed grooming and the experience was super awesome! Everything from the easy scheduling to the cute little bandanna they tied around her neck! She even had an accident and they were so kind even though we were so embarrassed! Bought some treats at the little bark bakery and she loved them.. can’t wait to take my Tiffany there again it was great

Love the job y'all do for my sister and neice's dogs. I live the way they are not afraid if the young man who cares for them. I like that you always polish little Pandi's nails too. Thanks for being so awesome ????!

The people there were very nice.

I found cookies & treats for my pups that were just the right size.

Not excited about the grooming.

My 3.9 pound 10 year old pup showed her teeth ( which she always does ) when they were attempting to clip her nails so they refused to do her nails due to the vicious dog breed she is... And asked me not to bring her back!!!

She's a certified & registered service dog that loves everyone she meets..

She just doesn't want a bath & grooming...

Rude owner! Months ago I reached out to Scott respectfully about an issue via text with pictures and my contact info but didn’t receive a response until 6 days later

This is why there was no need to respond back because clearly my concerns about my dog was not important to you or your business. I took my baby to the vet promptly and they stated it most likely was from her grooming experience. I was not rude in my approach when expressing my concern to the owner. If you did not want to refund us, you could have acknowledged the issue before 6 days had passed or offered us an alternative. I would hope that any sign or irritation discomfort, pain or redness noticed at the time of service would have been addressed during pickup. Even still, We let that situation be and never wrote a bad review until the situation today.

Scott as a business owner has the right to refuse service to anyone but the reasoning is because he cannot communicate and problem solve. We leave our babies in your hands while they are receiving service at your establishment. Please work on effective communication, accountability and your attitude.
