Fantastic and friendly atmosphere! I went in this last time with an idea of what I wanted and Kim made it happen! I am more than pleased with the outcome! They do amazing with the ANC and it seems to last longer than other places I've been! Kevin and Kim are the best!!
Went in today to get a full ANC set. I showed the nail tech a picture of the design I wanted. I had started to pick out my colors and he took the color swatches out of my hand and said I choose for you. This was strike one. Halfway through my nails he stops and tells me he needs to have me move over to the next chair because he has to finish someone else. Mind you this woman had just finished with her pedicure and obviously was a regular because he had a conversation with her. I thought this was rude and was fuming because I have never had a nail tech stop everything they were doing to do another customer. This was strike two. When he finally got back to me, he rushed through the rest of the process and it showed. I paid and when I got out of my car I noticed that four of the nails had nicks in them that I was not able to see with the dim lighting of the salon (the color I had was dark), so I walked back in and asked him to please fix them. He seemed annoyed because I asked for them to be fixed. That was strike three. The customer service was simply awful, he barely spoke to me and was rude. The facility truly could use a thorough cleaning as there is visible dust everywhere. I ended up coming home to reshape my nails as they were all different lengths. Worst experience ever. Wanted a nice self care mama morning and ended up with an overpriced and rude encounter.
Yuck this place is unsanitary. They did not use fresh tools. He literally wiped them on the towel and put them back into the basket for the next client. My nail polish came out gross. It's gooby in some sections and other sections it's barely covering the nail. I will never be returning
I got a pedicure here with my wife as a walk-in. They were able to take us pretty much right in on a Friday night. Over we were very dissatisfied with the service we received. Someone started my wife's feet did one foot then left to go do someone's nails. The place is very small but does have massage chairs. Everything seems really worn down and could use a good cleaning and some tlc. In general the entire place was pretty dirty. They were flinging toe nails on the floor as they worked and never cleaned it up. My wife's polish never got a top coat and was ruined that very night. They also were very rough on our feed so much that it hurt. This place would need some serious tlc and to improve their service for us to return. Their prices were average. If they were cheaper maybe we could overlook some of the cleanliness and service issues.
I had a rough day just trying to get a fill at three different salons. Finally ended up here and whoever did my nails made my day!!! She did absolutely amazing!!! Told her to whatever ever came to her mind for a design, she NAILED it. I'm so in love with my nails. When I'm around, I'm definitely going back there!!
Just had a mani pedi here. I just wanted simple clean nails. They demolished my fingernails - did not give full mani service - just an extremely rough file leaving jagged uneven nails. I couldn’t believe it when he said he was finished. Maybe they are good at gel or acrylic but stay away if you just want a normal clean mani pedi.
Kevin is the G.O.A.T. .. my nails = fashionable… just like Cardi B.. no one has nails like me.. and everyone is jealous of me, just like Kevin said. Great place, great service
