Came here based on a recommendation. Got a manicure and pedicure. Staff was very friendly and they did a great job. Would definitely recommend this place and will return when I'm in the area again.

I just moved to the Belton/Raymore area. I scheduled my appointment for both my boyfriend and I. He was getting a basic manicure and I askfor for pink and white obmre acrylics when I set the appointment. I showed her the images of my nails from when I was back home, and she said yes, she could do that. The nails I had prior were acrylic powder and nail monomer, which is what I asked for. The nail tech Kim proceeded to complain about how I wanted a unique shape (rounded point) and then began BASIC DIP service.

When I stopped her and was in tears, she told me, "Everyone doess nails differently. I've been doing this a long time. I know what Im doing."

Yes, Is basic dip service acrylic, absolutely however it was not what I asked for nor what we ended up paying for. This salon is charging full acrylic sculpting prices for basic dip services that you can do at home. I understand my nails are difficult (30yr nail biter), and I prefaced that prior to her touching my hands. I paid over 90$, tipped, and politely left. She charged me over 60 for my nails, which are not what I asked for or even close to what I've had. Stear clear. Images of my long nails are my nails from Arizona. The nails that are short and square are Miss. Kim at T and T nails in Raymore.

I have social anxiety so I did a lot of thinking before I chose this place. I chose it because it was close to home and didn't seem to be very busy that day and they had an opening. When. I presented them with a problem they proceeded to lecture me and tell me I was wrong and that what I asked for was what I will be getting. Except it wasn't and it was clear my request was dismissed and this is what I ended with. A panic attack and nails I can hardly look at.

Set up an appointment for the same day. Came in and they helped me right away. Started with the pedicure which was great. Next was the nails. They came out amazing. All of the employees were nice. Would definitely come back again.

Updating my review. I used to love this place been there a few times more. This last time I did a dip powder on my natural nail and they came out bad. It was not smooth, there were dips and grooves. My whole nail was not covered like last time so they grew out way quicker and didn't last as long. Maybe it was just the technician, so I may try them again with someone else.

Updated again: happy to say that I tried this place one more time. And they definitely did what I wanted and it must have just been the tech. I did both a pedicure and a manicure this last time with nail art and I will say they did amazing. The lady who did the flower on my toe is very very talented. I wish she would have been able to do the one on my hand too. I do love the one on my hand as well. The toe flower is just more detailed. I will definitely go back again for as long as I'm here in Missouri. I will also mention the recently increase their prices due to supply costs.

So glad I found Kim! She does an amazing job on my nails every time I go in. I get so many compliments. Everyone is always laughing and enjoying each other's company. Amy is the sweetest and I love having a place where they know me now. ❤

I’ll never go anywhere else! After a poor experience from a different nail salon in Belton, I was recommended to T & T from a friend. This was about two years ago and I have been a regular customer since. Great customer service and reasonable prices. I’d recommend this salon to anyone, hands down!!

Very rude experience. Nail technician acted like she didn't want to do small talk or any type of customer service. Explained I had to be to work in a certain window of time. Technician took multiple break to disk with staff, drink a smoothie , chat with male friend. I cannot stress how hateful my experience was then I was profiled before leaving.Not a fan. Eyebrow waxing was decent.

Love Love Love these ladies!!! Amy is the best in the city!! Kim is back and soooo happy for that!! Whether it’s simple, professional or events they never let me down!! Oh and it’s DIP!! I’ll never use or go anywhere else!

They never answer the phone. I had tried calling for a few days for info. I went in there and it just kept ringing and nobody cares which I found odd. They didn't do s terrible job with my pedicure but it definitely wasn't the best. Massage chair didn't work. They were upset I didn't want more services and rushed me out the door as soon as the clear coat was put on - gave me no time to dry to avoid ruining their work, even though there were only 2 other customers in there so it's not like they needed my spot. Tried them due to seeing others recommend them but, sadly, it was not a good experience and I won't be back.
