Horrible customer service . Three of my friends went in , called ahead to see if they had availability for three people and they said yes . Had to wait an hour just to get seated to get my toes done . Then wait another 30 minutes for someone to come over . Then again had to wait another hour to get my nails done . I spoke to somebody and asked them why i’m waiting so long he said because others had appointments. A girl walked in twenty minutes after me, asked for a brazilian, eyebrows, acrylics, and pedicure & was out before me in a timely manner. Charged me $78 for this basic set which is fine , if they didn’t break off from me simply showering the next day . Every nail that came off took a big chunk of my natural nail leaving my fingers damaged . Nails aren’t firm and secure at all . I regularly get my nails done , had a set before this that lasted two months. Simple tasks are causing these nails to break . It hasn’t even been a whole two weeks . Don’t recommend.

I had Acrylic filled with white power w/ clear gel top coat Thursday last week horrible job by Manger (Sun). He didn’t apply Acrylic power even, had to ask to fill side corners with more power and he never bothered to clean under the nails. I had pieces of Acrylic that had ran under my nails during the fill. I ask for diamonds design on two fingers he put 3 diamonds on each ????Charged $50 Fill & crappie design. I’m not a regular customer at TS nails as of now, but I expect good service. I do not own a money tree or have $$$ to throw away! Today (Tuesday) I was Blessed with Diamond Nails PETER DID A FABULOUS FIXER UPPER ON TS Nails SLOPPY WORK! Retire already!

Absolutely love this place I won’t go to no other because they truly care for you and treat you so well ! I love everyone in the nail salon but fav is Karen and Lee ❤️ super talented and very kind. Prices are great and the work is so good !!

I was very pleased with my manicure at TS Nails. The young man who performed the service was very exacting. He took time to make sure that my nails were perfectly filed from all angles. He was professional and my manicure turned out to be one of the best I have had at any time in my 25 years of having acrylic nails applied.

My friend told me about this place. I always saw her nails look soooooo nice and natural that I had go there. I went and fell in love. I even drive the 47 miles because it's worth it! I just loooove how they shape my coffin nails and make them look like they are mine And they are soooooo nice and sweet! There's no bad vibes there!
