I can not say enough good things about this salon! It’s my favorite salon by far! The staff here does such amazing work and the nail designs they do are always spot on!
I've been going to this family owned shop for years. They are friendly, clean and do great work! I often get compliments on my nails and I'm never disappointed with the color selection or the quality. Trinh and her team are simply the best!
Had a great experience here. Was quite busy but the nail techs did a great job with both my mani & pedi. I like mine short and simple. Super friendly and accommodating.
Didn’t do what I said I wanted; Keep my toes long and square, they ended up cutting them short and rounded them out. Asked for a flower on my big toe and gave me a firework????????♀️????.
I have been here twice now and they are on time, quick and my dip manicure lasts forever! For my manicure I am usually in and out in less than an hour - this is so important to me because other nail places in town can take forever and overbook. I really appreciate that this place actually honors the appointment time that I book. Made the mistake of going somewhere else when they were booked and it took almost 2 hours for a dip manicure & it was definitely not as good! Thanks T nails you will have my permanent business from now on!!
The line was repeatedly busy at 3 in the afternoon so I walked in. They ALL looked at me and went back to their clients without speaking. I wait by looking at the price list, and finally the girl closest to the door asked how she could help. I inquired about a manicure and pedicure, and instead of looking at a schedule, she immediately looked at the other workers and said she did not have time today and was all booked up. To me, this is unprofessional and disrespectful. I refuse to spend my money somewhere where I am not respected. All it takes is common courtesy to get a sale or a new client, but it's clear they aren't interested in either.
First, they used the same tools they used on me to collect hang nails on my toes and fingers on another customer without sanitizing. She just rinsed them with water. GROSS.. my nails are uneven and look like i painted them. This was not worth $50 I am So disappointed and I have a wedding to go to on Saturday. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend. I have pictures but there isn't a place to post.
