Our puppy is a Bernedoodle , and has very long thick hair. We made the appointment and Susan said they wanted to do a "sanitary" cut to get the pup used to grooming for his first appointment, which I was already impressed with because the breed will need constant grooming and they advised to ease into it so the pup wasn't scared. We were worried that dropping off a 4 month old puppy to a strange place would scare him , but left him and was told it would take 3 hours. We could not have been more happy , we were called at 3 hours , walked in and out super clean ball of fluff was bouncing around on the floor with other pups , happy as could be , instead of in a cage , clean and looking amazing. The cut of out pup is great and his hair feels amazing. You can tell when you walk into the shop and see the ladies working that they truly care about the dogs , which is super reassuring. We could not be happier and have found our groomer. There is also a very nice little gift shop pertaining to all things pets.
Our berner is almost 2 & very shy.They did an amazing job acclimating her to being groomed,She loved going to Susan's! We are very happy with them in every aspect and look forward to our next visit.
Gave instruction on how we wanted our dog groomed, trim around face and bottom. We like him with longer hair when we picked him up he was shaved that we could see his pink skin. When asked said he had knots don’t you think you should have called us to tell us before you shaved him bald!
First time visit today. I was extremely happy with Luigi’s end results. The gals there all take pride in what they do. I felt as soon as I walked in, my fur pup was in good hands.
They do great work. My one dog can be difficult but they did a wonderful job on his nails. They were all petting him and talking to him. Definitely recommend.
Chopped our dogs hair, brought back to fix looked worse than the 1st time. Tried to blame the groomer. He had cuts & nicked from being shaved 2 short. Long hair dachshund they cut his fan tail off! Bad experience was rude to husband when he bought the dog back very unprofessional I have pictures of my poor dog I’m not the only one who is not happy with your work. When the people who recommend you seen what y’all did apologized for recommending you! If I could take away stars I would!!!
Did a great job. First time we have ever went to a groomer as our pups are only 6 months old. They did such a great job. When I was paying a dog kept licking my hand and I thought what a friendly dog. I made a comment to the young woman about the dog and she looked very confused and was like thsts "duncan" . The transformation was so amazing i didnt even realize it was my dog waiting for me to take him home. A truly funny experiance and shows how bad they needed haircuts. Thanks for such a great job and some good humor too.
We have a 6 month old bernedoodle that was in need of a haircut. This was our first time at this business and our last! Our pup has had haircuts 2 times before at other locations and had no issues. This business gave us a report card with a D because they said he was nippy and did not give our pup a haircut. They gave us a bill of $71.00 for a bath/brush out, nail trim and sanitary and extra time. He was traumatized, cowering and would not come to us!
