We have come here three times and every time the ladies are so nice and consistent. They do a great job and take their time to do your nails.
I love this place so much! The workers are nice and i love how my nails turned out.
I've been to this place 3 times in total and each time have been unimpressed. The first 2 times I only got a pedicure and had the Polish chip off within a week of it being on. This last time I got a full set and pedicure. The nail application was decent the owner did my acrylics but she switched me to an older lady who painted my nails and boy oh boy were they bad. She caked the Polish on so thick trying to smooth it out my nails didn't dry and smudged HOURS after leaving. It's been a week since I've had my nails and already they're dull and lifting. I broke a nail while at the gym (completely my fault) I came in today to have it fixed and was told they were too busy today to help, i told the owner id wait and after much hesitation she sat me down with another lady who fixed my nail but instead of matching the color I already had on applied a silver glitter. I wasn't opposed until she neglected to match the other hand. I'm totally not one who likes to complain but my god this was the worst experience ever. I can guarantee I will NEVER BE visiting this salon again.
Been to this place several times. The customer service has never been outstanding. Well today I got SNS, which if you’ve had it done you know it’s not cheap. The lady who did it, who I think is the owner of the shop, did mine today. When she finished, there was purple stuff all around my fingers and I ask her to remove it. Instead of using some kind of solvent or maybe an Emory board to remove it, she starts picking it with her fingernail, which was very painful. It still wasn’t all removed, so when I asked her about it, she said and I quote, “oh it’s no big deal, it’ll come off when you wash your hands later”. I washed my hands in the shop and it was still on there. I went so far as to ask if I could use their Emory board just to do it myself right quick. She said no you cannot. I will never be back. And they did not get a tip. Stay away from this place. They obviously need more training.

I got my nails done with them 2 weeks ago and they werent to bad . They started doing my fill and since a customer Came in wanting fancy nails they moved me to get my pedicure. They apologized and i was fine. Today i broke my nail and thought i would give them another try. There was only on person waiting and the same lady that did my nails( she has short curly hair) asked what i needed when i told her she said we don't have time and called the next person and left me standing. Wow i never have had someone so rude right of the bat

Have been coming here for about 3 months. Kim is AMAZING every time I come in with a picture or idea of what I want and she blows it out of the water. Decent price, great customer service, longest I’ve been there has been an hour and half! I went in today when they opened Kim had appointments all day, asked if I could come another day (I usually will wait for her) I told her I worked all week and needed then done for family pictures. She told me to come back at 5 even though they closed at that time to get me done! Best nail tech I’ve gone too, I will never go anywhere else!
Wish I could upload pics. The result of a simple pastel blue with daisies was just ????. She was pretty rude about the state of my dry hands and peeling cuticles (idk what you want from me, it’s dry here and that’s one reason I’m coming to get my hands treated nicely). It took me telling her several times her filing was crooked or else she would have been satisfied with me leaving with crooked af nails. Very VERY unimpressed with the look and when she was done a lady was telling her how she could fix the daisies TO ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE DAISIES and she just was like whatever off you go. I understand detailing isn’t for everybody, but if you can’t do it, please tell me so I’m not walking out looking like my four year old did my nails.
I normally like it here fine even though they always put the polish on a bit sloppy and never seem to cut or files nails straight but will not be back after my last visit because as usual polish was sloppy, nails are crooked with a cut in my skin in one spot and then she put my shoes on too quickly so I had to come back and have my polish redone. That happens and I understand, would not have been a big deal but not only was she acting like it was my fault but I have a callus I needed removed so paid extra for removal and she did not remove it even a little bit even after I showed it to her twice. That is probably too many little things adding up for me to return.
