I looked forward to having the superfish and chips, I was not disappointed, the fish was cooked to perfection & the chips perfect as usual, all good including the friendly staff. It was topped off with a lovely pot of tea, heaven. Cheers, John Scott.

Shocking. My cousin/husband decided to come here for our private wedding dinner and I am appalled the fish taste like poo and I found a clump of hair in a chip and my cousin/husband found abit of boiled plastic and what's worse is we asked for salt and I didn't see no salt on my chip do you know what I saw... I saw barbra (a old worker) in the back shaking all her dandruff on my chips I and disgusted.

the food was horrific and undercooked, me and my brother in law were eating and were nearly sick afterwards. the employees were nice but thats probably only because they have no customers and are trying to get good reviews even though they cant. my baby niece got stabbed with a fork and was in the hospital for 6 months. do not reccommend.

The chips were undercooked and I would say warmed up about three times, most were burned although raw in the middle , never go again disgusting need to hire a new fryer , the one up moorclose is lovely but we were down town , never go in again the one star is for the sausage and peas

Great food and even better customer service.

I had missed my bus connection back to Keswick due to multiple cancelled trains so was desperately looking for something to eat while I waited for the last bus in a couple of hours time. Everywhere else seemed to be closed but this Great little chip shop was willing to let me in and let me buy a portion from what they had left even though they were meant to be closed.

Still hot and tasted great, tha k you again for such kind and caring customer service.

Always good specially when husband is gluten free! Excellent for fish and chips g/f ????????????

We visited here twice this week and on both occasions the service was so welcoming and friendly, they listened carefully and delivered on any requests that we made and the food was served fresh and hot ????

Another fantastic meal with lovely service. Love this place.
