If I could leave a 0 rating that would be my choice but because I have to give a rating I will say it’s because of the friendliness of the employees.

I paid $48.99 to have 23 balloons inflated with helium on 10/07 @ 6:58 pm for my sister’s baby shower scheduled on 10/8, only to wake up and all 23 balloons are on the floor. I called and spoke with the younger male who operates the place and was informed that helium only last one day. I’m 43 years old and all my days of living I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE HELIUM LASTING LESS THAN 3-5 days. Well he informed me that he will give me a good rate to inflate more balloons which of course I declined. IF YOU NEED BALLOONS INFLATED WITH HELIUM THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.
