Roaches crawling all around the refrigerator. Microwave is burnt up on the inside.. No smoke detector in the room.. Wifi does not work. Found blunts around the air conditioner. Place isn't suitable for kids.

NO STARS!!! Roaches crawling on the walls, dogs barking, residents hollaring profanity at other residents, ac didn't work, never got new towels/trash bags, no maid service, Stacy (management) was the worse part of the entire stay. Rude is an understatement. Don't waste your money.

I would have given this no stars. manager is two faced. smile at you ask for your help around place which I did but as a customer I should not have been asked. when my disabled wife confronted manager about what she says behind our back she get kicked out. Along with that the manager is a known shoplifter from surrounding stores and takes money from customers to buy her own stuff like stoves for her own place in exchange for discounts on rent

The bed bugs stories are true i have scars from them and roaches everywhere even though they spray twice a month.Stayed there in 2020 oh fyi owner is fully aware of the bed bugs but doesn't want to pay for the treatment and its no place for kids AT ALL everything goes on there and the people that say it's quiet are lying! It's just nasty the carpet was fithy and the bathrooms were just dirty

The worse experience I've ever had. Rooms smell bad. Good stains on the wall. The maids don't clean good. Very nasty place. Things break and they don't fix it. Staff is very rude and most importantly I didn't feel safe. Rapist, robbers, prostitutes, drug dealers, pimps and crack heads . If I were you I would turn the other way, not a good place for kids . This place is not clean it's nasty and it smells bad. Bed bugs. And the sheets aren't soft, they are ruff and bumpy . Some body needs to put this place out of business before someone gets sick or dies. I broke out in hives because of this nasty place. PUT THIS PLACE OUT OF BUSINESS

Overpriced, for the conditions of the rooms. But when you need a roof it works... just be sure to bring chemicals an cleaning supplies. The carpet in my room smelt like a kennel. No shower curtain, an the room phone doesn't work. But the people are friendly. It's like a lil community here. An everyone helps each other out. So it is worth the price of the headache I guess...lol

Nothing absolutely disgusting full of roaches and bed didn't even look made up or with fresh sheets! Stayed up all night making sure I wasn't sleeping with a bug and it didn't help people were running in and out all night. I would have been better off sleeping in my car. ..so uncomfortable!

Dude tried to sell me meth.... roaches, cum stains on the beds, pretty sure I over heard my neighbor talking about the abortion she had in her room, rude ass middle eastern people who don't speak English at all, people being loud all day and night coming and going from 1-7am. Couldn't get any sleep. I felt like I caught a disease just breathing there. Avoid at all costs.
