I wanted to try them out and did and will not return. The nail polish does not last (smear), and it needed a double coat. I should have said something when I was there, but just let it go. They are quick to rush you out.... The price is good, but it's not worth it.
I always come here when I want or need friendly conversation. The guy who does my nails remembers myself and my sister when we come in and always talks with us. Not to mention they all do fabulous work. The last time I went they stayed open an extra hour just to make sure they got ours done. Wonderful friendly people!
Ginny is my nail technician she does a phenomenal job ony feet & my nails. She takes time & gives me top treatment. She is very nice.
They do good work, but time management is not there ! There’s no point in even booking an appointment honestly. Lani & Mandy Do my eyebrows the best ! All of the time , they need absolutely no instruction! If you need a wax & tint , I would recommend either one of them ❤️ also the guy that sits in station #9 does a great job w acrylic nails ????????
I had a horrible experience, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited almost 2 hours and no one spoke to me, no one could give me a wait time! 1/10, would never recommend!
Thos salon does a great job but the wait is ridiculous. The hours say open at 10 but I get there at 945 doors are open and salon is filled. I heard lani telling people that came in those people were for appointments which was a lie all 8 of us were walk in. They pick and choose who to service first. I will be finding another salon they don't realize the bad customer service they think nail tech don't need it. I will be leaving minimal tip as better service you offer better tip, service is horrible only reason I'm even tipping cause I know that's how they eat/live.
This is one place anyone can go to meet and greet others if need be while you recieve the best nail or feet care possible. Not the new oncoming men don't always do production as other. So my advise is get the old skool techs you can't go wrong .
I was fine with waiting for a while which turned into 45 minutes since I was the only person waiting; which meant I would be next I thought. As the waiting room filled the owner systematically placed them with a technician ahead of me. I was finally assigned a chair, yet the technician was still working on someone in the back. She came scraped one of nails and went back to working in the back. After waiting for her to come back, which she never did, I spoke to the owner. I advised her of the poor customer service. However, she obviously believed I didn't hear her tell the lady who came in after me that she'd do her nails. So she sat me in a chair that she KNEW wasn't ready so she guarantee her opening for the woman behind me. Although this is only the 4th time I've utilized this shop with the same exact service, EACH time my price was different. SWINDLERS, NOT HONEST, and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Save your time and find another salon.
