I love going to Suffern nails. Always get the best service and everyone is so nice. They know what they are doing and will listen to your needs. I got my manicure and pedicure done for my wedding and it was perfect!!
They are very friendly and will fix any paint issues you have with your nails. Their pedicures are a slice of heaven. I never feel rushed and the massage is wonderful. Silvia gives an amazing shoulder massage. Kathy is so bubbly and upbeat. Can't wait for my next trip there!
Wow. Came in from New Jersey accidental and I'm so happy I made the stop. Very clean and my first spa like experience! Will definitely make the trip twice a month lol
The whole stuff is very professional and welcoming. They take their time doing your nail. They are very clean. As soon as you leave they sanitize your seat. They provide a mask if you dont have one. Which i like that!
I have been a customer for many years. Always a wonderful experience. Friendly and professional. Always on time. And doing a great job during the pandemic. The salon is immaculate and i feel safe. Everyone in neighboring area should support Suffern Nails!
Nail broke after a day. The owner said it broke because I didn't take the gel she tried to upcharge me. They fixed it. Two days later, I had four broken nails. I called and the owner again mentioned the gel upcharge and said if I didn't like it to go elsewhere. Originally I was told if my nails break before two weeks it’s no problem to fix. I would not recommend.
Kathy has done an amazing job of making the salon safe and clean for everyone! Sanitizing all the time and temperature checking makes me feel extremely safe!! Nails always done beautiful!! Definitely the place to go and get your nails done!!
