Wanted layers.. had $1000 25inch extensions in. Asked for a trim and shaping around my face. Got layers and blunt cut ends. Does not blend at allllllllllllllll. ????

This was really disappointing and a huge let down for me as a business. I had scheduled a pedicure appointment with this salon weeks in advance and was really hoping for some relaxation and pampering for myself as I’m very pregnant and don’t really get any me time. I was very excited and even got my confirmation and then yesterday was even asked to confirm my appointments again which I did and then around 8 pm last night same day I was asked to confirm I get a text from the lady stating she wasn’t able to do my appointment do to personal reasons. I get that things happen I really do but I was very much looking forward to this service and she didn’t even try to reschedule me or get me back on the books and now is apparently booked out for a good month or so. I feel like I should’ve received a text way earlier in the day and not 8 pm at night and I should of never been asked to confirm my appointments if she knew she wasn’t going to be able to do it. The fact I didn’t even get asked to reschedule or fit into any of the days she will be working coming up just seemed very unprofessional to me. I definitely will not be trying this Salon again. Was very let down and would prefer to just drive to Medford at this point.
I wouldn’t ask too many questions when you go in there. I asked about a cut and the stylist told me. I had a different hair texture than the girl in the pic. So I asked about recommendations for my own hair. I was slightly nervous about cutting my long hair, but hey it’s hair it grows back at the end of the day. Anyways long story short the stylist took it quite personally and wouldn’t do my hair after I drove all the way from out of town. Whatever vibe or message she got from me was completely misread. But who knows. Bottom line be careful how you present yourself or you won’t get your hair done ????
Elizabeth Hedenskog did an amazing job both times she cut and colored my hair. I've never gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be back. Thanks Elizabeth.
I have been to this salon a couple of times before and had great haircuts, but my last visit was with a new girl Elizabeth. It was an awful experience, I booked a haircut color and highlight. I was given the worst highlights I have ever had and my haircut is even worse and she never gave me the full color. The highlights were not done correctly and still had two inches of black grow out and bleach blonde on the bottom. See pictures! I talked to her to have it fixed and at first she was very nice and admitted it was horrible and her fault but wanted me to pay again to have her fix it. No way! I shouldn't have to pay to fix her mistake. Ended up being very rude. I learned a $150.00 lesson and will never go back and if you value your hair don't ever go either.
I was only in town for 48 hours and managed to snag a desperately needed face wax session online. This salon uses soft wax with strips ❤, with the rumor of sugar waxing in the near future! Talitha was very thorough, with great consultation and minimal tweezing.
Talitha also unexpectedly decided to color my hair (which was also desperately needed ????) immediately following my waxing session. She consulted her sister Tabitha on the color formula and the result was more than satisfactory! ???? Yet again, I was delighted when Talitha booked me the next morning for a haircut. I feel 10 years younger and very pampered! ????
I highly recommend Talitha and this salon. She is an amazing person and very skilled stylist. She asked many questions, listened, and customized my look to fit my needs. Even though I was a brief visitor to Brookings, I felt like a valued, long term client and old friend. Well done ladies! ????
I went into the salon with waist length naturally curly hair and I wanted a shorter cut. My stylist was Elizabeth and she was great. She listened to me, she made recommendations and I came out with a really nice haircut that I like a lot. I will definitely go back to her again. Glad I found this salon.
I have come in twice before they have great costumer service and all of the sisters are amazing at cutting curly hair. ???? I have struggled with figuring out my hair for a long time and not only did they give me a great curly haircut, they also gave me great advice on how to take care of my hair and make it look the best it ever has.
