I really liked the girl that did my nails. She was sweet, spoke good English, and was fun to chat with. My overall experience was mediocre though.. my cuticles weren't pushed back, the dip was fully applied (clear near the base), and the manicure took way longer than I expected it would (an hour and a half). I probably won't go here again.

Totally love Kim, she really did an amazing job. My second visit. Highly recommended.

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! And if you do and they sit you in front of “May Hang Me”, politely just leave. I’ve given this woman atleast 5 opportunities to do very simple short nails and she refuses to follow instructions, period. I’m on my 4th big toe infection right now because of their unsanitary conditions and practices. Every nail on my hand was a different length and different shape. Swerving to the side, thick in spots while some parts were so thin they cause then all to break. I always bring in my own polish and they use it every single time but this last time they said no they couldn’t use “because gel better for you, only 75 dollars for you”. I told her no thanks and I left with clear unpainted, drunk kindergartner nails and bleeding everywhere from her burning my skin with her drill. She kept yanking my arm and would yell to the lady next to her and they would talk trash about me.. so I gave her 40 bucks for simply destroying my nails and giving me another infection.

After all these years, this poor lady still can’t seem to figure out how to do nails yet. If you decide to go, please don’t let May Hang Me do your nails, ask for someone else!!

I love this nail salon! My favorite tech is Michelle, but I know that all the ladies are amazing!!! Comfortable atmosphere and they even offer beverages to their clients. 5 stars for sure!! I’ve been here several times since moving to Nashville and I won’t go anywhere else. Very accommodating salon.

Lili is awesome, she’s been doing my nails for a while. Good foundation. I received a pedicure the same day, you could see through the polish pedicure just ok.

Customer service needs improvement. If they were to read my review their reaction would most likely be “????” instead of re-evaluating themselves. There was a customer who got my nail tech mad and she decided to laugh at the customers problem. Do all that talking in the back but never in front of customers. paid a ridiculous amount for this style and honestly the shaping was horrible.

I got my nails done yesterday for my friend's wedding and i could have done better . I am so disappointed, as I am not from Nashville, I didn't know where to go. I received a pedicure and in the morning the gel came off my big toe. I paid for a manicure that I clearly didn't get. There was a lady next to me getting a pedicure and they were rude about her size/weight...

Nail techs are kind, very clear that they are well versed in techniques. EXCEPT for following state law that requires manicure/pedicure implements to be cleaned and sanitized using UV sterilization. I watched as she completed two pedicures without changing out implements before attempting to start mine at which time I called her right out on her poor sanitation practices. She wasn’t expecting a trained nail tech to walk in for a pedicure..
