Absolutely shocking experience. Arrived after calling ahead for an acrylic fill & gel polish color change. Walked in, a gentleman who I has asked to please push back, cut, beaten my cuticles started & then left after buffing/prep. A woman sat down to start the acrylic fill. I asked her if she would please do my cuticles as he hadn’t yet & one usually does this prior to the application. She was extremely rude & said it’s already been done… baring in mind if agreed to pay extra for this very simple request. After mumbling in a foreign language through her mask it was quite difficult to understand… she was saying he used the electric buffer and did them already. My cuticles wry clearly looked the same. She then proceeded to tell me they can do it after the acrylic & gel polish to which I objected ……. She got up & stormed off and started a walk ins pedicure.

The man came back & said my fingers will bleed & burn if they do the cuticles first…… I found that totally ridiculous & said I’ll take my chances. We got there in the end…. The job was less than perfect. They do not do a base coat… this causes a slightly uneven look to the color. Absolute joke. Pictures attached.

Icing on the cake, today I swiped across my left thumb with my left index finger and now have a splinter of acrylic in my finger!!!! The acrylic has gone over the edges and in this case broken off as my fingers went over it. Some of the shape, questionable.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Kevin did an amazing job on my nails. He was also very sweet. Love love love ???? the wonderful staff here and congrats on taking over this space. Such a clean and welcoming women-owned business.

Love this place! They always do such a great job. I usually do simple/classic French designs. Tiffany is always so kind and does a great pedicure and Kevin was so patient in helping me feel comfortable doing something different for upcoming Halloween. Love them!!! ????????

Top tier service. My nail tech Amy is amazing and she’s a one stop shop! She does my nails, feet and brows! I literally followed her from another salon she used to work at. They’ve got my business for as long as I’m located in Florida. My current full set

Came in on Tuesday for Complete VIP package (pedicure, manicure, facial, and massage) before flying off to Minnesota for work.

Tiffany and Kevin were both so amazing as always. Tiffany gave me a choice of various facial mask and this time I chose the Bulgarian Rose Jelly Face mask I’ve being eyeing on TikTok. Kinda fun/novel and my skin felt both soft & vibrant. I also greatly enjoyed the ice cold roller on my face during the facial!

For my nails, Kevin did a French mani to celebrate the first snow a couple days ago in Minnesota. Best of all, I got a $10 off cuz they’re running a Tuesday promotion.

Really nice people and they do work great but unfortunately if your product isn’t good then I’m just wasting money doing my nails here. For the amount of money I pay for them, they should last.

Update: I was nice enough to give you guys 3 stars given the honest review I gave! I said you guys were nice and that you guys do great but that your product isn’t good. And now you want to write back with threats?? You can get lawyers and I would be glad to hear from them to show them the pics of my nails from 2 of my visits just days after. How could you have any records of my visit? It’s not like you people have an address book and ask for name and last name. Your prices aren’t cheap at all you charge 40-45 dollars for dip manicure same for a full set. No wonder it’s always empty. Instead of trying to correct a dissatisfied customer by encouraging them to call or come by to correct the problem, you choose to argue on google from an honest given opinion. That says more about you and this business than anything else. Changing it to ONE star now.

Love the service I received from stellar today , Mike did an awesome job doing my pedicure , he took his time, Customer service was on point . I was very indecisive with my colors he was very patient with me gave me alot of options which i was happy he did .I must say I would recommend anyone visit stellar nails and spa ...Thanks you Mikey I will definitely come again.

I was very pleased with the pedicure I received. Mike the young man who did my pedicure was very good, took his time and did a great job, great foot massage. I definitely will go back! Diana
