Nunca más, pedí un simple corte derecho en las puntas y un pequeño flequillo y me dejaron el pelo horrible, me corto todo desigual las puntas, me tuve que arreglar el pelo en casa, además que el fleco me lo hizo casi mitad del pelo adelante, me corto un montón ahora tengo que andar con el pelo siempre recogido y usar pincitas negras para recoger un poco de fleco que me corto demás adelante. Prácticamente me destruyo el pelo, me parece una burla poner a alguien que no sabe hacer ni lo básico en peluquería. Luego escuché que la señora que me corto el pelo era nueva en el local, okay vamos a estar claros en algo cuando contratan a personar sin experiencia por lo menos podrían asegurarse de que sepa hacer un simple corte o por lo menos saber usar la tijera. Horrible experiencia, con el corte que me hicieron me bajaron la autoestima a 0.????

Por segunda vez acudí al salón, solicite el servicio que deseaba y no quede complacida por la muchacha que me asignaron tuve que esperar 20 minutos porque se encontraba en su brake no tiene experiencia por lo que el arreglo no tuvo calidad,no creo que vayan a ganar mucho ni mantener la clientela sino tienen buen entrenamiento aunque el trato es respetuoso.
My appointment was at 1pm and the lady who was suppose to be doing my hair was doing someone else’s hair. I asked if someone else was available and tany did my hair. I paid $100 for color , trim and blow dry on medium length hair. The only complaint is I feel like my color was left on a little too long and was a little darker than expected but all in all I do think that tany redeemed the salon by doing a great job on my hair . I will return for future colors!
Muy caro peinado y secado 35.00 $,, cuando en la calle te lo hacen por 25,00 y hasta por 20 00. Y si le das 5.00 de tipo a la peluquera se te fueron 40.00$. Estoy hablando q mi pelo es por los hombros,, ni siquiera hablo de un pelo largo.
En general atentos, pero al solicitar a Tommy o Tomasita que considerara el precio por hacer pocas ondas en mi pelo ya que quería cobrar $55, bajó el precio a $40 pero me trato pésimamente a pesar de haber hecho la solicitud educadamente, y me hizo las ondas más feas de mi vida. Resulta que hoy fui , para obtener mi servicio me encuentro que Hay cambios a contar de dic la tarifa se incrementa , siendo que no había un previo notificación al cliente donde estipule el nuevo valor del servicio ...es decir si no te das cuenta ?
Una de las Manicurista , comentó , en otros Salon cobran mucho más , es cierto ... es por esa razón que tú sabes donde , hasta cual puedes llegar .
Pero mi reclamo es debido , que por ser festividades debes aprovechar de los clientes que siempre se dirigen al lugar ???
