The food is nice. The online service provided is rubbish. The menu is unclear on uber eats. I've order on two separate occasions and had the exact opposite of issues. The first time I ordered cod. It didn't say that it came with chips so I pressed extra chips as that's the only option. I ended up having 2 portions of chips. The second time, I assumed that the items must come with chips be included and ended up with just a sausage. Please make the online ordering clear and constant as I have to place a second order, and having 2 orders to the same address always looks embarrassing

I had a terrible experience at this fish and chip shop. Not only were the chips microwaved, resulting in a soggy texture, but the fish was also of extremely poor quality and had a very bad taste. To make matters worse, my friend also got food poisoning from this shop and has been suffering from diarrhea all day. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and would suggest avoiding it at all costs. The food here is not only subpar, but it also poses a health risk. It is unfortunate that such a bad food establishment still exists and still in business.

Love this little family run shop, I have been here too many times and can't wait to return love the place and the people and the food is amazing I have a thing for a big bartered Sausage!!! lol

Unlike Langleys this chippy is still using low starch potatoes so expect crispy, fluffy golden chips. This is by far the best chippy now in town, sadly parking is a pain.

Now the best chippie in Chippenham. Good prices, portions and service.

Super yummy fish and chips, the best I ever had in my whole long life! Excellent , white yummy fish and chips the way I love, you feel proper potatoes taste. One regular portion is good enough for two adults, so next time I will order a smaller one. I will try all the menu and bet it's as yummy as the fish and chips I had. :-)

Delicious chips...no need for ketchup! We loved them!! No horrible taste of oil etc. I had a vegiburger...the best I've ever eaten Again, no evidence of what it was cooked in I chose garlic sauce which was applied in a very thin but tasty coating. My partner had a good helping of tasty white fish and loved the chips too. Wow! Best fish and chip shop ever! ????
